Ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches which were good. The order kiosk showed sesame bagels on the menu but location did not actually carry them so had to switch to get the order completed.

Ordered takeout to receive a wake up wrap with only one piece of bacon inside of it, also ordered a matcha latte and there was a quarter of it missing, and napkins were scrunched up on. 1 star.

What is the point of a Dunkin’ Donuts with three sad donuts to sell? 10:41 am and they have two chocolate and a plain on the shelf. When I asked “is this really it?” The reply was snarky like, do you see others?
Just a little reminder- it’s a donut shop. In fact it’s part of the name? This is a total waste of space in town. Convert this to a self storage place and it would be better. Heck, make it another auto parts place…. They would sell the same number of donuts.
They're unfortunately rude and it's doesn't help that they don't make your order how you want it. I recommend going anywhere else.

The fastest, most efficient drive thru I've ever been through. Even when you see a line that extends into the parking lot, I never dread sitting in it as it always moves. Even service inside has always been great. This is my favorite Dunkin.

Your Chai Tea doesn't taste like Chai Tea. Maybe change your mix. It was more like warm milk. Yuck!
