Happy Chicken - Bakery & Catering

We had Happy Chicken cater our wedding. They did such an outstanding job. Martha and Zach are true masters of their art and exceeded the high standards of a picky Italian, Polish and Dutch clientele. Everybody raved about the food. Martha was going to do a simple charcuterie table for the cocktail hour. I requested figs if at all possible (albeit unlikely for early spring when our wedding was). Not only did she procure gorgeous, ripe figs, the charcuterie table was a MASTERPIECE! The meats and cheeses were beautifully organized and they even brought a gorgeous cut of wood to place it all on. I wasn’t able to get a good photo but it was the talk of the wedding. Then the main meal was also wonderfully served, being properly cooked and well seasoned. I cannot thank Martha and Zach more for their amazing work. They showed up and showed off with their amazing skills.

Picked up large side dish for Thanksgiving from Happy Chicken. Online order was quick and easy and confirmed quickly. Food was fairly priced, nice presentation and good! Highly recommend.

HIGHLY recommend the Lemon Mascarpone cake!!! To die for! My mom, sister and I had a slice for dessert in North Carolina back in the spring, and have been wanting it ever since, and Happy Chicken came through for my moms birthday cake! Absolutely delicious!

Happy Chicken is simply the BEST!! I ordered some treats around Christmas time and was elated when they announced they were making the move to catering! Not only are Chef Martha and Zach a joy to work with, their food is out of this world!! They were very patient and accommodating as I planned meals for 15 women. They were very communicative and very kind. It was such a huge relief to work with them and knowing the food was going to be excellent!We did a BBQ night and a taco night and also added in leftover enjoyment- it was all perfect!I cannot rave about this experience and food enough! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Happy Chicken catered an event for us recently. The food was so tasty. The service was amazing. Happy Chicken was so good at responding to every request promptly and so creative in ideas for our event. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this group for an event if you want great service and food that your guests will rave about.

I attended an event that Happy Chicken bakery catered. they put out this INCREDIBLE Mexican food spread complete with taco bar ( with choice of 4 proteins), fresh salsa, guacamole, tortila chips, corn side with cojita cheese, bean salad , Mexican rice, and topped the night off with churros with chocolate sauce, tres Leche cake, and assorted cookies. top notch!! and I'm difficult to please :)

Just had a great sandwich! I went to order a cake for a party and the smell was just too tempting--ordered grilled ham and cheese on pretzel bread. Oh yum! Love the cheese they used. Hubby got into other half and now it's all gone. Homemade chips pretty delicious, too.Can't wait to try the cake next week.Update! The cake truly was the best vanilla cake I ever ate. It was so rich, yet not over-sweet. Everyone was saying the same thing--so full of flavor, but not sickening sweet. Trying to think of when I can have excuse to order cake again.....
