This location is a Taco Bell KFC and honestly they ought to just do away with the KFC as they never have anything from KFC here in the past 2 years they have ether been out of chicken 6 hours before they close or they just say KFC is closed but offer Taco Bell today I stopped in to order Extra Crispy meal and was told they no longer sell extra Crispy but when I called the next KFC which is Dover they said they had Extra Crispy chicken and that KFC didn't discontinue extra crispy this is ridicules

I went to KFC to order my children dinner and the girl said KFC side was closed before 7:30pm on 9/30/23 on a Saturday night this is unacceptable and I know that this restaurant doesn’t close that early they are lazy and don’t want to cook food for customers only want to serve you Taco Bell when I asked the employee what time does KFC close she did not answer me back at the menu board maybe better crew and for sure better management if they can’t serve anyone before 7:30pm on a weekend!!

food was great, service was very friendly, but got an 8 peice with mashed potatoes and gravy to eat there, and was provided with super small plates, only after needing to ask for them. Was then presented with a look of complete confusion when i explained i normally eat thing with gravy on them off a plate.

I was very disappointed, they dont close till 10 today and the lady taking our order was very rude and said there was no more chicken? Its a Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. Our fries were cold and the chicken was soggy and cold as well,I will not be going back.
Okay, first of all where does this chicken come from Texas? They must’ve chased it all the way there and back because that was the toughest piece of breast ever, ditched it..and the wing was dried up and also overcooked! One wasted meal so never again. I’m okay with their pot pies as I’m sure they’re brought in and just baked…now I’m getting ready to cook my own meal! Wasted $$$$$$$$$

Went in for KFC. Was told there was no chicken cook. Ended up ordering Taco Bell because I needed to eat. Employee was kind and apologetic. Taco Bell in general, really seems to be picking up their game food wise. Don't eat there a lot, but lately the food has been fresh and well prepared, not slopped together like it used to be.

March 5th approximately 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. went to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Chestertown stood in line for 10 minutes and there was a child helping out behind the kitchen the child was probably 13 or under we were not acknowledged and we left this is been the case numerous times in reference to very very slow service for the past 2 years

If I could I'd rate this in the negative numbers. Pardon my French, but what a shite show this place is. The times I have gotten take out the sides have been old, and the skin sliding off the chicken meat with grease. We stopped eating here. Fast forward a year plus. The family wanted chicken, I caved. We tried 2 times in one week to place an order, once at 4:45pm the next time 5:25 pm. Our first try we were turned away. They said the computer was down. The second time they had no chicken to fill our order. I will NEVER return here. Awful doesn't begin to describe it. I have no idea how this place stays in business. AVOID!
