My first time at the new location, and appreciate they moved to a larger space. The old location was cramped and crowded, and the new space is spread out. I had a hot roast beef and brie sandwich, and it was as good as before. Good food and good service! The bare painted walls look a bit sterile, and it would look nice decorated with photos or artwork.

I used to really like visiting Play it Again Sam when it was in the center of town (or close to it) but always got frustrated by the size of the restaurant as it was quite small and frequently too busy to accommodate the morning rush.
They moved to this new building and I like it. It's huge compared to the old place. The menu has gotten as big as the building and the 3 or 4 dishes we've had (my wife and me) have been tasty. The coffee from Rise Up is always a treat.

The food is pretty good, although it would be nice if they had a couple specials besides different flavored cream cheese. But the service is sullen. It’s not just me—my whole family, independently, has concluded that everyone there must hate their job. Does it come from the top?

New location has terrible acoustics, uncomfortable seating and generally feels like a mall food court. For whatever reason they cannot easily accommodate reusable cups despite every other coffee shop on the planet being able to. Pretty sure I paid extra for oat milk and got regular milk anyway.
If you’re going to drive to a strip mall for coffee just go to Starbucks.

We got the Italian sandwich that only had 3 pieces of meat, 1 very thin slice of tomato and one piece of lettuce. Was not impressed at all!!
Got an iced mocha drink and it was delicious but it took them a while to make it.

After placing our order, we chose a table. Unfortunately, it was dirty. I approached the girl to ask for a towel to clean the table, but she hesitated and said, “Hold up” Meanwhile, more guests arrived, ordered, and received their drinks promptly. Despite this, I was still waiting for my drinks, food, and a clean table. When my food arrived, there was no mention of cleaning the table. I decided to clean it myself with a napkin. I then observed another lady wiping her table off. While we will definitely be returning, I felt that the staff seemed a bit lazy.

Inconsistent service. Some days are good and some are very dissapointing. It does not seem to have a structured process for preparing the food. I paid for a salad w/chx and avocado. 3 strips of chx and a quarter spoon of avocado.

I’m a little confused because I specially remember my order only being 13$. When I checked my bank account I was charged 16$. I only ordered a small ice coffee and a sandwich.
