My husband and I arrived at 12.18pm, and the whole staff member was in the back just talking about what was going on in their lives. Meanwhile, we are waiting for someone to come out and wait on us. After that, my husband must call out to the back. Excuse me, but can someone wait on us, please? A couple of minutes, a young lady comes out and takes our order and gets it wrong .my husband was fine, but my order was supposed to have been a crunchy supreme wrap. Not a taco. I was upset that it was wrong, but I did not want to have to wait another 5 minutes in line and then wait for another order.You would think at rush time they would have everything prep, and someone on the front line ready to help the customers. If only to say when you are ready, I would be happy to take your order. I stood out reading the menu for 10 minutes, and no one asked if they could help me. I only spent 17.00 dollars but if she would have got the order correctly, it would have been over 20.00

These people did not coordinate with their employees, and we went around 3 whole times just to get something that they continuously told us the other employee had not checked in with and we ended up just leaving out of spite.

So very infrequent that Taco Bell locations are bad. But this location is not good.First, the inside was locked, so first strike.Secondly, I ordered taco and burritos fresco style. When I got them they were not. Poor!

This is a few days late of posting, wanted to try this kfc taco bell despite the bad reviews ,drive thru was fast but got back home with my order the chicken sandwich was just meh its food, went for the fries they was disgusting trying 1 fry i tossed them in the trash. Poor quality food save your money.

Food tasted old and general manager was very inappropriate with flirting. Staff was too busy discussing personal business instead of marking priorities on customer first.

I just ordered the steak verde nacho fries and cinnamon twists and as soon as they gave me my bag of food I smelled this very strong chemical smell. I tried one of the cinnamon twists and it tasted straight up like rancid vegetable oil. It was awful. I immediately spit it out. I don’t know what happened there, but it was NOT good. The nacho fries were fine but those cinnamon twists were the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth and I could smell that they were off before I even tasted them.

I got food from the Kentucky fried chicken side. The food ordered wasn't what I got. I ordered 2 snack backs (3 chicken straps fries and biscuit). I got to boxes with 4 pieces of chicken, leg,thigh,wing, and a small breast. The person at the window was Hispanic. I couldn't hardly understand what she was saying. Evidently, she didn't understand what I wanted. I don't believe I'll go there again.

It's very frustrating trying to find parking during the day. Especially when I have a doordash order to pick up. Employees park closest to the door. They should park out front closest to the highway. Or designate one or two spots for gig workers to park near door.

sadly one of the least together Taco Bell's I have been to. was not dirty , so not a one star. A combo location with KFC and maybe that's why its so uninspired. Ordering was odd, he really was not listening and missed one of my drinks. when I realized he didn't ask if it was beef, steak or chicken for the supreme burritos, I pointed out I was ordering beef,. He just said "oh". wrapped all the same way , so no use of the corner markings. We played a game of deconstruction to find each of our selections, and passing around the table. not a lot of choices in Chestertown, and I guess they know it.

I placed a mobile order at this location expecting a bit of a wait because the store was packed. I confirmed my mobile order with a Jessica K when I arrived.(Note: I only ordered nachos). I noticed people who ordered after I confirmed mine were recieving their food so I asked if it would be much longer before I received mine. I had no attitude yet Jessica seemed to have one with me. Just about everyone in the store had received their food so I asked again. Jessica was incredibly rude and asked to see my reciept again then told me “the orders come across the screen in the back so you’re just going to have to wait”. 5 or so minutes passed and Jessica asked what my order was and I told her my nachos were to have no cheese, beans, or sour cream. She went to the back where I could still hear her talk about me, my “disrespect”, and that she wouldn’t be coming back up front. I finally got my nachos but they had cheese, beans, and sour cream that i specified I didn’t want. I left my food on the counter and left. This is by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had and can’t believe the workers would treat customers with such disrespect. My team and my school will not return.
