“I liked overall. Ordered Avocado Smash Toast, PB Toast, Charcoal Detox, Watermelon Juice and Overnight Oats Tropical. They work hard to make food but the pricing could be reasonable for the taste and quality- it appeared at least 25% higher than other places serving similar or better quality even when compared to New York. The toast was very hard to cut with a knife causing spillage across. I noted other customers facing the same and using hands to break the toast which is not great. I will definitely visit again but please fix the toast which is very hard. 4 stars this time but will be worth 5 stars if you fix the toast- not worried about paying more!!!!“

“UPDATE: I AM CHANGING MY RATING FROM 1 TO 4 SOLELY ON THE FACT THAT OWNERSHIP PERSONALLY REACHED OUT AND SPOKE TO ME FACE TO FACE. This is not easy to do and appreciate the gesture. I will give grace to see if things change.

I come to this location because of convenience but I believe today will be my last. First, I have had constant issues with service. One day I was given a bowl without acai in it even though it was an acai bowl. When I brought it back, I literally had to debate with girl at the front. The bowl was green not purple. Clearly it was missing. Second, the staff can be rude.

Today my husband's order from shake shack came before my bowl and he completed his whole meal before my bowl even was ready. You are making bowls and smoothies, not cooking. Why my order is constantly late even though I order it at least 15 minutes early and still have to wait is beyond me.

Next, I find it insulting that they always need to double check my last name to ensure it's the correct order as if I'm lying. Seems weird when I'm the only black person in the location having to give my first and last name. Y'all are weird. Your management is also not good because everything is so chaotic. Today I watched people receive their bowls before me even though they ordered it while I was in the store.

Don't waste your time. I'll also be filing a corporate complaint. I've spent way too much money for the service and treatment.“

“I love Acai Bowls and have had them many places. Playa Bowls has one of the best. I love the Pura Vida ( I get a banana added on). The bowls are generous and full of fruit; when you dig into the acai, there's even more fruit and delicious granola buried underneath! Perfect for a refreshing and healthy summer meal or treat!!“

“There is a reason I've been a regular for a little over a year. When I first encountered this location, I was absolutely satisfied. The food and food presentation was exceptional; THE MATCHA BOWL WITH PEANUT DRIZZLE IS FIRE!!! “Superior to the competition. Visited a Robeks for the first time today. Completely satisfied. My six year old had a strawnanna berry and I had a piña koolada. The medium was enough to split between two little kids. Good selection of other things on the menu, too. Would definitely go back.“

“I landed here by error. I ordered arbitrary also. I was hesitant and the personnel was formal and in a hurry to take the order over the counter.
I waited 10 min for my avocado salad …. And … then the salad arrived, very generous portion with beautiful presentation.
At every bite I was happily surprised by the taste and the texture! Really good !
On of the best healthy salad I ever ate.

“Stopped in for a quick and lite lunch around 1 p.m. and had next to no wait. I ordered the Fig & Prosciutto toast as well as the Tropi-Kale smoothie. The smoothie was excellent, and the large size is a great value over the medium - $9.99 for a smoothie, but that is in line with Tropical Smoothie and other places that offer similar products. The toast was fairly disappointing though, for $9.49 the piece of toast was much smaller than anticipated. I believe it was sourdough but the size of the toast was maybe 1/3 smaller than anticipated and for the price I would have opted for another menu item. As far as taste goes, the prosciutto was decent but the fig jam was disappointing. I will be back for the smoothie but I will avoid toast items in the future.“

“Went here with plans to get a wheatgrass shot after a chaotic night. I was greeted at the counter by the manager, Antonio. He was such a delight, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the menu. He walked me through the different items and even convinced me to get the season special, a toast with Nutella, strawberries, and coconut, that with the wheatgrass shot was exactly what the doctor ordered! Will definitely be coming back to South Block!“

“Delicious! Robeks uses real fruit. Unlike the other smoothing places such as the smoothie king or jamba.Robeks smoothie is sweeten by the fruit. I have tried all the flavor some of my favorite are Passion fruit Cove, Tropi-Kale but my all time favorite is the Empore Açaí smoothie.Once you try them you’ll get hooked. All the girls at the Wisconsin store make great smoothies.“

The carefully created smoothies on their menu are delicious and are completely customizable if you want to omit, change, or add an ingredient. That is great for people on various restrictive diets. I also love the Build Your Own option! When I am not in the mood for one of the smoothies on the menu because I am not in the mood for sherbet, yogurt, or protein powder, I use the BYO to order smoothies with tons of fruit and a little juice. Sometimes, I even order a second very fruity BYO, so I can put one in my freezer and eat it like Italian ice the next day. Try it, you'll love it!“

“We’ve eaten at The Falls for both date nights and family outings and were extremely impressed every time. I was excited to hear they also do catering! We called The Falls, spoke to Kelly and she was super helpful, communicative and helped with everything from how much food would be appropriate for our size event and how many staff would be recommended. We had our annual Santa party with 190 people and everyone was super impressed with the food quality, the attentive staff and how friendly and courteous they were. They left my house cleaner than before the party and even boxed up some left overs for us to enjoy. They’re a true blessing and made our party one we’ll remember for years! “My daughter won a contest on Instagram for 2 free meals, drinks and cookies. She invited her sister, so it was 3 of us. We drove from Babylon to Manhasset to try this cute little cafe. When we got there I let the cashier, maybe manager know who we were. She was so gracious, explained the menu items and recommended the coffees we should try. We placed our order and waited.
