Did online order through UberEats. Super disappointed, pizza looking extremely sad and also had missing ingredients, wrong pizza overall. The pepperoncini should have been thrown out yesterday. Disappointed beyond words. Will never order again. If it was possible would give 0 stars.

I have a medical issue with my bladder due to sexual assault.. won't go into any more significant detail but I had to alleviate pretty urgently.. I could only make it to this portion of dirt outside the place.. apparently the ppl inside were able to see and made something already humiliating even more so by repremanding me about it.. the ppl who run this place are judgemental and cruel.. thanks for making something difficult I deal with even more scarring..Ps, one doesn't have to 'clean up' if it was placed in the soil.. it will just naturally leech through.. get help for your anger issues.. and maybe educate yourself a little.. maybe you'll grow some empathy?I don't at all understand what you stood to benefit from how you decided to handle that.. the pizza was right there and you ran the customer out of the sale.. now you have a wasted pizza ..where's the 'W' for you??Pps, one could only be accused of 'disrespect' if they had any control over the situation..

I have to say papa johns is one of my favorite pizza places and this one knows me by name as much as I order. I use to order for the school I was teaching for but I order og me and my family. They are professional and on time. The customer service is always excellent. Great pizza and great serviceVegetarian options: There is a veggie pizzaKid-friendliness: Yes kids can come in but there is no where to sit for carry outWheelchair accessibility: Just it is wheelchair accessible through the door. I know because I’m disabled

Looking at other reviews, i can see why this store is rated so low. I ordered and came to the store, they haven't made my order yet. I feel very bad for the staff, not only do they seemed overwhelmed but there is not enough staff to keep up with the orders. Please try to understand, these people are trying their best.

This is maybe the worst pizza ordering experience I've ever had. It's been over 2 hours and this pizza still wasn't even ready. I asked for her to check on the status of the pizza and she yelled at me because I wanted an update but she was on the phone with me so she wouldn't be able to check. Then when I asked her again to check on when it will be ready she hung up on me. I will absolutely never order from this store again. Terrible.
