Disappointing visit to Capital Grille. Shockingly neglected for the first time ever by a server. l wasn't driving and would have cared for a second cocktail, repeatedly looked for server. Her visits to our table were rushed, left before we could finish ordering, all strange timing. Four people had differently prepared steaks and no one raved. This dining experience was unremarkable at best.
The cocktails were top tier! Try the Doli or Black-tie Margarita! We went for wine and wagyu and the food was amazing! The Blue Cheese and black truffle was a very pleasant surprise! Great drinks, food, and company all made for unforgettable girls night!
Sitting outside on a nice evening sounding like a good idea but for reasons unclear the service was painfully slow. Slow to receive first course, had to inquire, slow to get check on table and then to get check taken. Perhaps the outdoor seating area should be better staffed and managers should take a look at what is going on. It was impossible to get attention from anyone except the buss staff who were helpful.
