I love coming to this location. They do a great job and they get my order right every time! How often can you say that about a restaurant? The coffee is wonderful and the sandwiches are made the way they are expected to be. I also want to thank staff members like Arron who work behind the counter and are endlessly helping to make customers like me as happy as can be! He is diligent and kind. He's such a hard worker and I want everyone to say hello to Arron when they arrive...
ANNA IS THE BEST OF THE BEST!! I COME IN EVERY MORNING SHE IS LITERALLY THE ONLY THAT MAKES MY CARAMEL LATTE CORRECTLY SHE IS ALWAYS SMILING WITH ALL THE CUSTOMERS AND WARMING WHEN SHES OFF I CAN ALWAYS KNOW THE DIFFERENCE ON WEDNESDAY ITS NOT THE SAME!!! LOVE YA
I’m a Clarksburg local and I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts just about everyday. The workers here are so sweet. I really love how they know my order as soon as I walk in. This is what true customer service is. I even know them by name, D’mar, Ms. Maria, Bilal, Rahmah, Larissa, the young guy who works nights (I forgot his name)- but my point is, is that these people are great and I enjoy spending my money there because they make it worth it. Thanks guys!!
