“I was at bit skeptical about going to such a small Deli, but I was very surprised by the lay-out and his friendly the staff is. There's ample room inside to eat and also a patio available.

“I am part Polish. My great grandmother came from there to Ellis Island in 1906. She raised my Mother who is now in an assisted living environment less than 1 mile away from this place. I am always looking for little things to help brighten her day when I visit several times a week. Polka Deli in has proven to be an ideal solution and helping me meet that goal. My earliest memories are eating freshly made pierogies and kielbasa in my great grandmothers kitchen with my mom and others. Enjoying the amazing food and snacks I’ve picked up here helps both of us during these very difficult times as she is confined to a bed over 90% of the time. She only eats a few bites so my diet is not improving but getting the smile from her and as we drift in and out of memories together is priceless.“

“We had great coffee, bagels and sandwiches first thing on a Friday morning after Thanksgiving. One in our crew ordered an Italian sub for breakfast which was "amazing". There was no line at 9am but more people waiting at 945am. We will return! Few seating for 6ppl inside but 3 picnic tables outside. Lots of great looking Italian products for sale also.

Steak and eggs sub was delicious, cheese was melted perfectly. Nicely seasoned steak, fulfilled my craving. Home fries were cooked well, they are the softer ones with some “burnt” pieces for the crunch, they just needed some more flavor.

“We were in the area and found this place during breakfast hours. Visually the place is very clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and the food was great. The pancakes were amazing! They were light, fluffy and generous in size. 3 pancakes and 2 pieces of bacon for $8.99, a steal these days. They have a few baked goods that I also grabbed (yet to try), but they looked so good. If we are in the area again, I'd love to try their lunch menu and would definitely come again.“

The selection of hot sandwiches and wraps is really nice and they do allow substitutions. “On A Roll is truly a hidden gem inside a large office building. The receptionist at the front kindly pointed me back toward the cafe. The setting is open and pleasant with both regular tables and clusters of comfortable chairs. The freshly made breakfast wrap was just what I needed. A side of corn nuggets (like mini fritters) were nice and crispy. Fresh coffee and a brownie were a good way to finish. Staff are friendly and parking is plentiful. A great start to my day.“
