So I’ve gone through the drive thru and in person and the service and atmosphere is just like the best Starbucks. The problem is with the drinks. I usually order a caramel frap, and they’ve had some trouble with consistency. Theyve forgot the syrup in it, or other times it tasted off, where I tasted cinnamon or something different in it, or that they used a sugar free syrup by mistake, one time tasted like the did half a caramel frap and half a pumpkin spice drink. Unfortunate for me given this is the closest Starbucks to me and a caramel frap is my go to treat.

I got the summer berry lemonade and they made it taste so watery. They didn’t blend it together and it just tasted like straight up water. My friends got the same drink and theirs tasted just fine. I feel targeted 😑

I bought venti strawberry açaí lemonade it was more ice than strawberry lemonade if you paid around $7 at least you have to have juice no ice , I feel Cheated

It is a place of excellent service, marked by a heartfelt passion for outstanding commitment to both hospitality and the best coffee in town.
