Omg so Tasty Empanadas food truck came to our apartment complex for food truck Fridays and it was everything. The owner had great customer service and answered our questions. I was happy to see they had a trio and plenty of meatless options. My wife and I are empanada connoisseurs lol. I got the mushroom, black bean, and spinach my wife got the mushroom, apple, and black bean. They were so flavorful and seasoned to perfection the were stuffed perfectly. Sometimes empanadas...
