I gotta say Lourdes is not only such a kind giving person but man can she make the best empanadas! Packed with flavor and love! My favorite is the beef and egg and those apple empanadas are fire! Follow her on facebook you won’t be disappointed!
Saw their food truck at the Pride Festival in Columbia this past weekend. Decided to try empanadas as opposed to the many other offerings from the many many other trucks. These were delicious. My wife and I got simple black bean, beef, and spinach empanadas. With their mild sauce. Tasty.

Mmmmm! I am always left wanting more! The yucca fries and dip were what I indulged in today. Had to go back for a second helping!
