When I walk to the countertop, there was a guy just standing there on his cell phone never asked me. Could he help me I had to ask him was he working? He shook his head. Yes, he was too busy talking on his cell phone. He never cover his hands to serve the ice cream. When handing my money he put the spoon, touching the money, Unsanitized what happened to customer service?!??😡

Terrible customer service, they gave me whatever they wanted, they had no hygiene or presentation

My review is based on an ice-cream cake order. Shannel did an amazing job, exactly like the picture I showed her. She also came through for me with a last minute cake order when my other cake fell through, I was able to pick up on the same day. I’d order from her again.

Lady who was there today wasn’t friendly at all. Receipt says her name is Shanell. Won’t be back to this location. If you don’t wanna come to work stay home. But your customer service skill will affect the business in the long term

This place is so dirty. We ate in the car. There was literally chocolate syrup and sprinkles smeared on the counter and no one cleaned it up. Looked like the floor has never been moped. Lacks very basic hygiene for a place that serves food.

The lady working today (04/16/24) at 3:30pm was extremely rude, the service was not good at all. The lady was just staring at me while i was picking what flavors I wanted and showing her, she then proceeded to just give me two scoops of the same flavor. Poor customer service! DO NOT GO THERE!

Service from the young lady that worked on this afternoon (2/24/2024) was very rude. I didn't even get anything because of her total disrespect. I didn't get her name but she has an afro and she started off ok but ended horribly. Poor customer service.

Purchased a 45 dollar ice cream cake and the staff was not willing to simply write happy birthday on a blank cake?? They both claimed to not know how to do it and I know they heard me say that was cap multiple times. So all in all just a lazy experience really. We were the only ones in the store so it wasn’t even busy. DONT GO TO THIS ONE!

I haven’t had ice cream in so long. I got the Mom’s Making Cookies scoop and it’s delicious!
