THE SMELL WHEN YOU WALK IN SMELLS LIKE A DIRTY MOP AND URINE. I clean for a living so maybe I'm super sensitive, but no. The server was great. She attended to me immediately when I was seated. I made substitutes to my order; it was accommodated. Food came out in great timing.

We went for lunch and had an okay meal. While the food was not great, the place was clean and offered good service. \n\nThe menu doesn’t have much for vegetarian or vegans to eat.

It's IHOP, the food is ok. The service however is superb. Each time that I've visited this location, the waitress was very attentive to our needs and ensure that our food was cooked as requested.
