Went inside this a.m. because the line in drive-thru was 4 deep and not moving. Only 2 people in front of me, but those people were frustrated b/c their orders weren't ready. No professionalism with the staff, a hello would've been appropriate. There were only two people working in the whole place and their focus was on the door dash orders. One of the customers said that she wished that she hadn't already paid. I left immediately. I will NEVER come back!
This manager closed Wendy's doors at 9:00pm the store hours are 7:00am-10:00pm. There was no emergency or reason for closing early just because she felt like it. Whoever the owner is can't possibly be aware of this behavior it's costing them money because an employee is being lazy and wants to go against its own store hours.
To charge .50 for a BBQ sauce when you spending over $10 on a meal is insane.
Only will give you a sauce of you get nuggets when McDonald's and Chick-fil-A don't charge anything for sauces.
