I am a frequent customer of Jersey Mike’s and have always enjoyed my experiences at various locations. However, I recently visited this location and was disappointed with the level of service I received.

During my visit, I ordered a mini sub and requested an additional slice of meat. I was informed that there would be an extra charge, which I understand, but I could not find any signage in the store indicating this policy. When I asked the staff to show me where this information was posted, they were unable to do so and simply stated that it was “just the policy.” Additionally, the staff was not welcoming, and their response to my inquiry felt dismissive. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, they began speaking in another language, which made the interaction feel even more unprofessional.

I believe that clear communication and customer service are essential, and this experience was disappointing. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I will no longer be visiting this location and cannot recommend it based on my experience. I hope this feedback helps improve service standards for future customers.

Worker just so happened to forget to give me my food, after I was standing in the pickup station for 15-20 minutes and had told him the name of my order. UNLESS THIS IS FIXED THEY WONT BE GETTING ANY MONEY

OMG !!!! the worst experience ever yesterday in my life I had a roach in my sandwich the lettuce was Golden brown the people there barely speak English and my tomato’s had a black ring around them the bread be tasting undone ???? I will be filling a heath department complaint on this store it need to be shut down expeditiously just giving jersey mikes a bad name I promise you Clinton is the only store I will not go to anymore

I just came from Jersey Mike and had the terrible experience ever. Mark and Javanah (the lady at the cashier) were very rude to me. I asked for 2 pickles on the side because I have 2 sandwiches. Mark had an attitude in giving me pickles and only gave me 4 pickles in each container very unacceptable. The lady at the cashier very poor customer service and she hand me my pickles in a very rudely manner didn’t even say have nice night or nothing. I come here all the time and is never satisfied with the customer service something needs to change because you are losing a customer. No customer should be feeling this way when they are paying their hard earning money to come and eat at your establishment!!!

Within a couple minutes after placing my order I literally saw the staff mess up 3 folks orders that were before mine. They don’t seem managed well at all. My order was semi correct but the quality of the sandwich was subpar.

I was in there looking at other people getting my sandwich and come to find out they gave my sandwich to another person. Then tried to give me his sandwich. I told him that it was missing stuff and it was the wrong bread. He tried to add the missing stuff and give it to me (the sandwich wasn’t even the same). He got an attitude when I told him he had to make another sandwich. Will not return.

The absolute WORST. I don’t know who the gentleman is that works there in the morning but he has the worst disposition AND customer service ever. I promise you if I wasn’t in a hurry and if something else was open I would have went somewhere else. When asking me what type of bread I wanted he barely spoke up, was looking across the room and was apparently annoyed that he had to do HIS JOB. I had to ask him 3 times if he could repeat himself as I could not hear him. While placing my order I guess he assumed I was done and walked away to begin ringing me up. So you can take my money quickly and without incident but you can’t treat customers with a small shred of respect. I paid $40 for 3 sandwiches and you think they would provide a small amount of customer service, especially since that is the JOB THEY CHOOSE!! SMH don’t think I’ll be back

I placed an online order for an Italian sub, for pick up. When I got home and opened it, it was on the wrong type of bread and had lettuce, pickles and banana peppers that I did not order. It was very sloppy too. I called to inform the restaurant and the phone must be off the hook because it’s been busy for 30 minutes. Waste of time and money.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 1000 I WOULD! They have terrible customer service! Everytime I order online it’s NEVER done when I arrive and I arrive at least 10-15 minutes AFTER it says it will be done.Then in order a turkey sub online and when I got home they had but HAM on my sandwich which could have KILLED me!The staff are young and immature and have absolutely NO customer service. They don’t acknowledge guest when they come in or are waiting to pick up and order that was suppose to be ready and again isn’t readyThen on the subs they give you LITTLE MEAT for the price THEN they put on your sandwich what they want you to have! Every time I order online and say NO VINEGAR they put vinegar in my sandwich!Enough is enough! Don’t go to this location….go somewhere else!
