Terrible customer service this day I tried to call 9 times and they only left me on hold when I arrived at the restaurant I asked the cashier if they no longer took orders over the phone and she answered yes but that they were busy trying to explain to her that they had me in Wait 20 minutes and wait, she interrupted me very upset and told me “I'M GOING TO ORDER YES OR NO” upon hearing that I told her who is in charge? She told me it was her and the girl who was collecting next to her started laughing. I felt very upset. What you least expect is to arrive and be treated that way and worse, make fun of you. I don't expect anything for free. I have paid more than 50 dollars for my order, I didn't get to order, I got to buy and with respect I ask a question and I receive bad treatment and ridicule. They need to train the employees better in customer service, even though they are busy hours, they can't treat people that way, I leave attached the two photos as proof of the 9 calls and of this very bad experience on my part, I have to look for other places to be able to buy without having to go through those bad moments

I waited a half hour to get the Jerk Chicken special and they never made it. I then had to wait another 20 minutes to get a replacement dish which was just dark meat Chicken with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. By the time I got the meal my other order got cold.

So glad they opened one here. The chicken is tops in flavor and cooked throughly. The veggies are so good. Get the Brussel sprouts and carrots, corn and broccoli. The sweet plantains are sometimes not ripe enough when cooked though so look at them carefully before buying. I can always tell when they are not really soft and sweet just by looking at them.
I had the worst customer service ever. Her name is Katia E. From the start, when I was ordering my food she was not welcoming at ALL. She started rolling her eyes, chewing her gum extremely hard. I came in with a smile and she didn’t even greet me. She was very rude. Everyone was nice expect her. I wanted to change an item and she didn’t allow me to when I hadn’t even paid for the food yet.she also forgot to give me my cups for the 2 fountain drinks I asked for. Thankfully another nice employee gave them.
