Terrible taste, no flavor, no seasoning, too much salt, generic selections, bland flavor, they need to learn to cook, get new staff, th veggies are undercooked and hard, their rice is like hard dry mush, the chicken and steak looks good on the outside but on the inside is pink and barely cooked. The meat is so salty I couldn’t eat it. Their sandwich bread is so dry. Do not come here.

ELSA is the best. Her service was excellent. She was very nice and kind. Also Elizabeth was very friendly and professional. I will be back. Very clean and awesome staff.

Walked into this location (Dec 6, 2025 at approx. 8:30) with a positive attitude, but 2 young line members (1 male/1 female) at this location left a terrible impression. I politely greeted them upon arrival, only to be met with attitude. I did not feel welcomed as a customer due to their dismissive behavior. However, the cashier that serviced me during this shift was polite and professional. I felt inclined to leave this review because this is not the first time that I experienced poor customer service from this location from the younger staff. Please reevaluate the employees you’ve hired or implement more customer service training because they are bad for business.

I went to the Sardis in Clinton, MD. Usually Sardis is ok but this experience was not the best. I won't rate them too bad as this was 1 experience out of many but it is definitely review worthy. They were really busy. I am still afraid to order the fish sandwich again LOL.

Anyways, I stopped in to get a 3-piece dark meal. I wanted 2 thighs and a leg. I ordered it in the line but they didn't have chaufa ready so they said it would be 15 mins I said ok I will wait. I went to the register to pay and ordered an additional meal, chicken skewers with two sides. I was nervous when I looked at the receipt as the sides were wrong on the 3-piece dark meal and it didn't have the two thighs and leg. This is a modification to the meal. I didn't worry cause I figured they set it aside in the line. We'll, I found d out my order would now come from the kitchen. I panicked a little because I knew they would go by the ticket. Did I mention they were busy? :) I stepped back in line and spoke to a lady to let her know my receipt was incorrect. She said she would take care of it and asked what the sides should be. I gave her the sides as well as the mean modification. She tried so I give her points for that. However, they left the black beans off of both meals. No biggie.

The cashier when handing me my order asked what sauces I wanted. I was therr for my wife so I had to check the text message. He was impatient and threw some sauces in the bag. It was all the same sauce. I then asked him for red and yellow sauces and he acted as if I was bothering him. I so wish I had gotten his name as it would be in this review. I brought the food home and my wife didn't enjoy it at all. She missed the beans with the chaufa and her veggies were scorched. Mine were too but I thought it added flavor but I donlt eat Sardis often
She said the food was definitely off. I told her they were busy and I have to wait lime an extra 20-25 mins.

She said in the past this location hasn't been a problem. I am not sure what was going on but it definitely was noticable.

I have ordered from this specific Sardi’s twice via DoorDash. Both times, weeks apart, I have ordered the same meal. Bang bang chicken with rice and broccoli. Both times I have received RAW CHICKEN. I thought that the first time was maybe just a bad batch, until 10 minutes ago when I opened my order and began eating only to realize, it was raw again. At first I thought, maybe it was a cut of dark meat. Until I tore open each chunk on ALL 3 skewers and saw them all pink. This is absolutely ridiculous, I will never over this meal again!
