Moist, mouthwatering chicken that is perfectly seasoned. You almost don’t need any of the sauces on offer! An unexpected discovery for me was the green beans (tossed with onions and plenty o’ butter) and the pupusas!! The masa was super soft—one of the best pupusas I’ve had in a long time! Loved the one stuffed with frijoles. Lovely, unexpected find.

I couldn't to get food from Sardis. I left the area a few years ago and craved the deliciousness of Sardis food. I finally came back to the area for a visit and Sardis food was just as tasty and plentiful as it was back then. Thank you Sardis for continuing your exceptional quality of food and service.

I’ve ordered from Sardi’s Chicken multiple times, and unfortunately, their delivery service is consistently disappointing. My drink is almost always missing, and they often forget the sauces too (that I pay extra for). When I try to call the restaurant about the issue, they immediately tell me to contact Uber Eats for a refund. But Uber Eats then directs me back to the restaurant—creating a frustrating loop with no accountability. At the end of the day, it’s the restaurant’s responsibility to make sure the order is complete before handing it off to the delivery service. If items are missing, it’s not the delivery platform’s fault—it’s the restaurant that forgot them. I’m fully aware this review will likely be shared with management—and honestly, I hope it is. Something needs to change. I’m repeatedly losing money on items I paid for but never receive. It may not seem like much each time, but it adds up—and it’s wasting my money.

Love ..love...love Sardis. Tried the Bang Bang Chicken today...my new favorite. Plantains, corn, black beans and rice are my sides. Husband had the lamb chops...yummy.
Terrible customer service this day I tried to call 9 times and they only left me on hold when I arrived at the restaurant I asked the cashier if they no longer took orders over the phone and she answered yes but that they were busy trying to explain to her that they had me in Wait 20 minutes and wait, she interrupted me very upset and told me “I'M GOING TO ORDER YES OR NO” upon hearing that I told her who is in charge? She told me it was her and the girl who was collecting next to her started laughing. I felt very upset. What you least expect is to arrive and be treated that way and worse, make fun of you. I don't expect anything for free. I have paid more than 50 dollars for my order, I didn't get to order, I got to buy and with respect I ask a question and I receive bad treatment and ridicule. They need to train the employees better in customer service, even though they are busy hours, they can't treat people that way, I leave attached the two photos as proof of the 9 calls and of this very bad experience on my part, I have to look for other places to be able to buy without having to go through those bad moments
