So im not a coffee afficionado but when it gets colder I frequent Starbucks mostly for medicine balls and sometimes for the seasonal drinks. Customer service is usually ok here, nothing exemplary tho. You'll get your coffee with or without a smile. Sometimes fast but sometimes not. The past 2 days they have been out of the ingredients for a medicine ball. One day they didn't have the honey component, the next day the tea bag and had the nerve to say they could substitute it with another kind of tea bag. Huh? Substitute means something comparable not something different and I still have to pay the same price? Anyway, I asked the Barista (nicely) what was going on with the ingredients for this drink cause this was the 2nd day in the row. She sucked her teeth and instead of answering the question, cleared the board and asked if i wanted anything (oh the attitude) I had actually given her two drinks but since she never heard it I said "no thank you" and in my mind I was like no thank you forever. I'm all about the customer service and I work hard for my nickels and dimes. I have to give good customer service in bad days and good days, and i believe others should as well. I know they won't sweat losing a seasonal customer. But they just lost one.

It's a Starbucks, so its consistent in food and drink. However, the customer service is always SO freakin friendly and lovely. No matter how busy, the staff are always cheerful and willing to share a smile. Y'all deserve way more than you're paid!

The lady at the register was very friendly and took the time to make sure my name was spelled correctly. Atmosphere was chill and they cleaned and stocked when it was slower.

I ordered my iced Doppio Espresso on the mobile app to pick up at the drive thru. Once I reach the window the cashier hands the drink to me with about a 1 1/2 to 2 inches from the top of my cup. So I handed it back asking to please add water to fill it up. She proceeds to look at the label on my cup that does say light water and extra ice and mumbles to her coworker with what seems like an attitude “that’s not light water” as if I’m bothering her and puts it on the counter. The coworker then picks it up and looks at the label as if I’m asking for extra accommodations. Her passive aggressive attitude was not warranted and was unprofessional. She hands the drink back with the energy has before. Now I’ve been ordering the same drink forever and never had this problem since I do have extra ice, light water, 3 shots of espresso, 1/2 heavy cream, 4 pumps of SF vanilla syrup with cinnamon which has always filled up the grande cup. Once I get on the road I taste my iced coffee and it’s bitter. Now I look at the label and their printer running out of ink makes the 4 pumps of SF vanilla look like 1 pump which explains why it’s bitter. So now I’m over charged, have a drink that’s bitter and I won’t be drinking, the customer service at the Clinton location is unprofessional and this was not a pleasant experience for me at all. I did not take my drink back since frankly I didn’t want to deal with the attitude and passive aggressive employee that was the cashier and the person who added the water who looked at me like I did something wrong.

This place was absolutely packed. That is not the baristas fault, however how they handle it is. They had 6 people working 2 of which were doing absolutely nothing. One of them was on their phone and the other was just chatting. The baristas were moving at snail pace and were very inefficient. And I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before she shlumped over to me. Do not go here if you want a quick coffee. You will end up staying and waiting for your coffee for hours.

Workers are very rude! This is my second time encountering something like this, someone made my order wrong and when I asked the young girl at the window to remake it she rolled her eyes at me and gave me the nastiest attitude. Bad customer service

Thank you Starbucks and HUGE shoutout to Aliyah! Not only did she recognize me from the previous time (over a week ago), but Aliyah remembered the "new" drink I was trying as well!

She took out time to make the drink as well...and it was "like-that!"

I will be returning and asking for Aliyah!

I ordered ahead as I was only 7 mins away from the location. When I got there the person who came to the window approach was just a little off. But when she went to hand me my drink(mind you I work at a starbucks). It had some clumps at the bottom which I made an obvious confusion face at and for me to order signature espresso it wasn’t dark(they gave me blonde and it wasn’t strong so the shot cue couldn’t of been 18-23),and I wanted 12 pumps of BS(guessing they had a half pump on which is cool but you should’ve put 24).To quickly resolve without trying to assume something else was going on with my drink I just asked for more milk and then she had a problem with that?. I just drove off, but I’ll be back to WATCH it be made.
