Beautiful brand new location. The drive thorugh is pretty narrow and the inside is clean and bright. Coffe actually tasted great but my bagel minis were barely warm. The cream cheese on the inside was still cold and it threw the texture off.

Give Cynthia and Sabrina a raise! I went in there early this morning only to realize I was at the wrong Starbucks š¤¦š¾āāļø. But they were so nice and made my order there. AND I didnāt have to pay again. 10/10 top quality service.

I drive so I cant have my phone never no one at register and million workers in drive thru and they all act like they dont see u standing there and after ypu order you still have to wait by the time I get my drink my break is overš. Not a 1 time experience

I was in a great mood this morning, very excited to get coffee. But the rude annoyed monotone killed it. They made me feel like it was an inconvenience that was there. This is the kind of thing that scares me about running a business. If my employees ever treated customers this way I would be replacing the staff asap.

I frequent this Starbucks often. I always get the same thing. I donāt know what the issue was today. I only ask for my drink to be sweet. The lady in the drive through said well it already comes with 5 pumps how much more sweeter do you want it to be. Her tone was very off and not customer service friendly. When I got to the window she did not look very happy. I get it. Itās raining outside. Having a bad day. Please donāt take it out on your customers

I ordered my chai latte on June 12, 2025. As soon as I went to the drive thru window to pay, the first thing the barista said ātipā and flipped the card reader around. I told her can I first pay, then Iāll decide if I want to leave a tip or not. The young lady saidā oh I didnāt know you were going to use the Starbucks appā to pay. This is very unprofessional and rude to ask customers for tips prior to paying and getting the drink. I always tip through the app, but I was disappointed that the barista had to ask rudely for tips. Starbucks needs to check the Clinton, Maryland Starbucks operating procedures. Iām definitely not returning.

Went into the store and was quite unsure on what I ordered and David the Employee was super helpful when ordering and truly understanding on what type of drink I was looking for!! Made my experience fantastic for someone who didnāt really know what I was getting or ordering!!

When did Starbucks start hiring rude people , having an attitude at a job youāre getting paid for is crazy, I love this Starbucks because Iāve met some really nice girls here that are amazing at their job like a girl with a red wig and a Hispanic girl with glasses, but recently there is new hires that are RUDE, she was wearing a black wig and had glasses and was in the window taking orders.

I drove up the drive through at 06:05 am after the website had stated the drive through opened at 6 . I pulled up to the window as there were workers inside so i could get clarification on when they open and apologize . I pulled up and watched them make eye contact with me, look at each other and go back and forth with each other debating on opening the window . When the other girl finally opened the window, the only words that came out of my mouth were āiām so sorāā before she cut me off, said āweāre closedā, closed the window and turned away from me . I sat there for like 30 seconds trying to process what just happened because ?????? Just change the website hoursā¦ā¦Anyways , i went to dunkin .
Unfortunately, my experience at the Starbucks in Clinton, MD was underwhelming. While the drink itself was made reasonable and enjoyable, the service was severely lacking. The staff member struggled to understand my name, despite me repeating it multiple times. What was even more disheartening was witnessing the staff member's visibly frustrated facial expression on the in-store camera after my repeated attempts to communicate. Pretty sad when everyone else in the drive through line could hear her attitude...
Given the frequency of my visits to other Starbucks locations, I expect a certain level of service quality. Sadly, this Clinton location fell far short. The poor interaction left a lasting impression, making me hesitant to return at best.
In fact, I'd rather drive 10-15 minutes to visit another Starbucks or explore alternative coffee shops altogether. Until the staff addresses their communication issues and provides more attentive service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This is ridiculous. I placed a mobile order when I got to the location. They were only letting selected people inside of the store. Everyone else has to then go to the drive-through. They never explained why people had to go to the drive-through. I waited in the mobile line for almost 30 to 45 minutes. Eventually, I left they really need to do better which now it made me late for work horrible experience I will be calling the corporate office to get my money back because when I tried to call, no one answered the phone, which Iām not surprised.
