This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to with a TERRIBLE drive thru. You are almost guaranteed to scratch your vehicle. And the audacity of them to ask you to loop around to wait an additional 15-20 mins just to “bypass” the drive thru clock is crazy! I’m sick of it!

I placed my order on the app and it took over an hour and a half to be made then the manager Kayla was so rude when I brought it to her attention and caused a whole scene when I brought it to her attention then when I asked fot her name she was incredibly disrespectful I visit this location every morning before wk and spend so much money there to be treated that way is crazy!!!!

This is the worst starbucks ever they take 5-10 minutes to ask what your ordering and then take 20-30 minutes to make the drink. Do not come here if your in a rush.

Don't order from uber eats because they will leave items out and you want be able to check. I ordered THREE items, the breakfast sandwich being the main thing I wanted and they just left it out the bag. If it was out of stock, somebody could have called and said something. Incompetent.

I came to this location for the first time , the cashier was real nice . On the other hand the one that was making my drink was real rude and nasty attitude 😠😠 when I questioned him about my drink he say do you want a refund or you want your drink I will never go back there 😠😠😠

Beautiful brand new location. The drive thorugh is pretty narrow and the inside is clean and bright. Coffe actually tasted great but my bagel minis were barely warm. The cream cheese on the inside was still cold and it threw the texture off.

I drive so I cant have my phone never no one at register and million workers in drive thru and they all act like they dont see u standing there and after ypu order you still have to wait by the time I get my drink my break is over😔. Not a 1 time experience

I was in a great mood this morning, very excited to get coffee. But the rude annoyed monotone killed it. They made me feel like it was an inconvenience that was there. This is the kind of thing that scares me about running a business. If my employees ever treated customers this way I would be replacing the staff asap.
