Just left Tropical Smoothie in Pikesville on Reistertown Rd. Was ordering $32 worth of food and smoothies. Got ready to pay and all I had was a $100 bill. The cashier literally told me. Oh we don’t accept $100 bills for payment. How can a business decide how a customers pays? They need to turn down the music so they can hear me through this mask and I can hear them call my name when my order is ready. 🙄
I have a friendly suggestion I always order thru the app and my food is ready at the pick up time, but it’s always a bit of a challenge to get my smoothie with my order because all the workers are so busy making other smoothies so I have to wait longer just for someone to hand me my smoothie. I feel if there was one dedicated worker handing out
