Locked the dining room doors a whole 1/2 an hour early. The young lady answering the drive thru orders was extremely rude and nonchalant. At least the food could have been good but nope. SMH poor management

I WILL NEVER EVER patronize THIS location again! It was bad enough that it wasn't even busy enough to justify the mistakes with my VERY simple order, but the fact I had to wait as long as I did in the drive through while watching the employees dance & joke around waiting for my order is deplorable! I ordered TWO singles.. one WITHOUT cheese and one WITH.. BOTH had cheese! I also ordered a parmesan Caesar salad they gave me one with NO chicken! I've been ordering this same salad from another franchise a few miles away without ANY problem and LOVED it which is why I orders it THIS time! You won't get another PENNY from me! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

My husband and I were traveling and went thru the drive thru for a bite to eat. He ordered the biggie bag I had the spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo. When we left and back on the road we began eating but my husband didn't get his BBQ sauce for his nuggets and I didn't get tomatoes on my sandwich.

I order spicy chicken sandwich. Got only chicken and the bun. No lettuce or tomato. Very disappointed because I left mid work. What a waste of time. I need a free meal. I want management to call me.

Unfortunately customer service is almost a thing of the past in today's world. This particular restaurant gave me the worst experience customer service wise that I have had in all of my experiences. The young lady that waited on me was not pleasant at all. As a matter of fact, she expressed through her body language that I was interrupting her or wasting her time by placing an order. After asking her if she was okay because of her unpleasant attitude, she just shook her head yes as she stared at me blankly. She quietly affirmed my order and when I asked her to repeat it because I did not hear her, with an attitude she repeated. That this is accepted in today's world and not addressed by management or ownership is totally sad and unfortunate. This is, unfortunately, the world that we live in today where people feel like as long as money is being made, the rest does not matter. Of course it goes without saying that I will never return to this restaurant again. I was in such a hurry that instead of going back I ate my lukewarm Burger and counted this a very inexpensive lesson. They would be so disappointed in the treatment that his customers are getting

The window server yells “Is that your mom!” to their coworker while the window was wide open. Mind you, I’m not their mom and we’re not deaf . You tell us the entire Wendy’s restaurant has NO KETCHUP for fries but there’s ketchup on the sandwich. Oh. And let’s not forget that there’s no potatoes for a baked potato. Seriously? Wendy’s, DO BETTER.

I went to the Wendy’s at 8907 Woodyard Rd, Clinton, MD today at 10:30 AM, and all the doors were locked—drive-thru was also closed. According to the listed business hours online, this location was supposed to be open. There was no sign on the door, no explanation, and no update to the hours anywhere.

This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating, especially when customers are planning around posted hours. If you're going to be closed during business hours, at the very least update your online information and post a clear sign for customers. Total waste of time.

Trash all around the outside of the building . We used the drive thru and the staff was very friendly but somebody gave me very cold and dried chicken on the chicken wrap . This looked very disgusting. Never again going there.

This is maybe one of the absolute worst Wendy’s in pg county by far. Even after they shut it down and remodeled they never fixed their employee situation. The workers are Always rude doesn’t matter what shift from the cashier to the managers. They never have certain items on the menu available. And they almost always get your order wrong. Guaranteed you will be getting back into the drive thru line or coming inside. Why ask what sauce and drink would I like just for you to give us the flavors of your choosing? Then gets an attitude when a customer is requesting for the mistake to be corrected. You can order a chicken blt and they’ll just throw a jr bacon burger in the bag and it’s happened multiple occasions.This establishment needs a new entire staff.
