I came to the Cockeysville location. Called and placed an order for a 6:15pm pickup. Arrived at the location at 6:10pm and waited for over 30 minutes. Hostesses we’re not much nor were they apologetic to me and the others waiting. They just kept saying that the kitchen was backed up which is a poor excuse.
Never experienced service this slow before. After waiting an hour and ten minutes for a pizza we gave up and left. We used to be regulars but the service has become so bad lately we’re not going back
