The pastry was good as well the cappuccino, the issue comes with the cashier guy taking our order with within shirt all opened showing his tank top. Really disrespectful to the customer
Love Panera so much! I’m a frequent customer, and most of my orders are online for pickup, which are always great and on time. However, every time I visit the restaurant to dine in, the service seems to fall short.
I understand the restaurant gets busy, but during my last visit I waited more than 20 minutes for my order while several customers who ordered after me received their food first. No explanation was given until I went to the cashier and asked directly.
