Had the crab cake special as part of Baltimore County Restaurant Week. Ryan was our waiter who was outstanding.

The restaurant was really busy due to Restaurant Week but everything was wonderful - the food, the service.

The experience was very good. We heard so much about the award winning crab cakes that we had to try them. They were adequate but nothing special. The soup was good but the filet was really awesome. If we were to go back we would skip the crab cakes and just get the steak.

Food was delicious...lunch special was extra tasty. Service was good...took a while to refill iced tea.

Lunch was excellent. A Friday noon reservation. Calm on arrival, filled pretty much every table as time went by, crowded and noise level went up. The food was excellent as always. The cost more than fair. Salad for one of us, take away plenty, special sandwich for me, tasty and adequate. Dessert? Took over ten minutes for staff to bring the menu, decisions were made, a long delay again, finally just sought check, service left us disappointed.

The food was mushy and the vegetables were cold l just didn't want to cause a seen it was Father's Day but never again at the Cockeysville location. Oprah needs to visit them now. $270 worth of nothing I've been to Glen Burnie much better. 👎

Great food, great service. The atmosphere was busy but understandable. I will definitely visit again when in town.

Gone downhill with new management or just new horrible servers too. 2 bad experiences for me and tonight sealed the deal of how awful a restaurant this location has become. If you want the slowest, most torturous experience of your life .. come here. This happened twice on SLOW nights with barely any customers. The waiters are too busy gossiping about customers and delivering poor service or goofing off by the bar to do their job. I would be embarrassed to be the owner of this place, you would have to be here 24/7 monitoring this place after 5 to ensure people aren't slacking off. You also get our orders wrong twice.. you comp it with a fake ice cream instead of taking it off the bill when you burnt our food. Your host walks around not greeting new customers so you're left standing finding your own seat, how embarrassing. Servers Rachel, Scott, and Dina don't come back for 20 mins to get orders, food, and refill drinks. Deplorable service. I complained about an April 29th incident and the manager said she would review the footage.. not convinced. Our orders were put in wrong twice and laughed about by Rachel. The owner is never around to see how much his staff doesn't do for their customers and how agonizingly slow their service is. Tempted so badly to walk out twice and go get food at faster restaurants. We called twice as well to speak to the owner who never called us back and continues to be the owner. You don't care about feedback or you would make it right and offer more than your fake apology. If the roles were reversed you wouldn't have waited for that slow service and to have yourself be laughed at when the waitress named Rachel out your order in wrong. You are making so many mistakes because their is no one managing properly. Supposed to be a reputable place to eat but no one would put up with this. Michaels and Bluestone will remain my favorite restaurants I can always count on for fast and professional service.

Front of the House - Wonderful and inviting Pappas staff member. Alert and professional. Engaged in conversation. Eye to Eye contact. Solid representative of the Pappas brand. Wait Staff - Monica - menu knowledge. Always on top of the Specials and provides informed recommendations. Attentive and always has the ice tea refills ready. Meal - Daily Special - Orange Roughy - the fish was tasty. Too much sauce for my taste. Over powered the taste of the fish. On the side presentation would have worked best for me. I would order again; just requesting the sauce on the side. Bar side - solid TV coverage. Rest Room - clean and maintained

Always a hit. The food is awesome. The staff is outstanding. All around great AND CONSISTENT!

Crab cakes were delicious as always. Asparagus good too. Desserts were OK not super. Coffee not hot, and no refills were offered. We had to ask for standard condiments with meal( ketchup, cocktail , tartar) Waitress was rushed- threw our dessert forks on the table in one bunch and ran off. Checked with us a couple of times during meal(good), but seemed very rushed. It was busy. Service was ok, not great though, so when the four of us received the bill with the 20% gratuity added already for a “large party” ( 4 of us in a booth) we were surprised and not very pleased.
