Date visited: 5.18.2026 My visit today was exceptional. The service was great and the chicken was fresh and hot. I live about 20 minutes away from this location,. but it's always worth the drive to avoid the location at 2000 N Howard St, Baltimore, MD 21218.

I am Uber delivery man,my job is to go pickup order and deliver to customer.
On date4/!7/2026 at 9.00 pm had to pick up order,the guy behind cunter,gave me 2 empty cup and told me with very rude way to go get coke, i told him,my job is just to pickup not prepare the order.
He with bad attitude replie that cacel your order,i wont give you. I asked for manager and he said ,i am the manager. I aske his name three times finally he said, wone, i reported to Uber company ,with this kind of service, you are going to lose customer.
Please company make a serious consideration.

Popeyes chicken is usually good as fast food goes. This particular Popeyes is reasonably clean. Service can be slow and their English can be difficult to understand. Atmosphere varies with the of day. Customers can use a lot of profanity so use a drive-through if you have young kids.

I guess times has really changed the staff barely could understand what I was saying like I was speaking a foreign language when I was ordering my meal...wow

I arrived and waited at the drive thru for 3 minutes without any response as I was saying hello and there was a car in front of me who just got their order taken. I drove up to the window and explained how I was being ignored while trying to place my order when the person that I was speaking to walked away without a word. Another employee came and told me that I would have to park and come inside which made no sense as their drive thru was still open and I have never been anything except for respectful. No explanation was given as to why I out of all people was not allowed to use the drive thru like the paying customer I am. After going inside, it took another 5 minutes to get my order taken and 10 minutes to get my food. The quality of service is ridiculous and the store needs to do better. Its wrong to go out of your way to make a customer's experience more difficult.

I keep going back and don't know why. No one speaks English and they always get the order wrong. Will order in Spanish next time. Portions are small. I was overcharged by $5 last visit. Last eat-in experience was terrible. Floor flooded and greasy and the mens room was closed.
