I ordered take out. The restaurant seemed clean, decent decor like a fast food restaurant. I ordered the lamb gyro. I was hoping it was more like shawarma than a gyro. Don’t know why they call it a gyro. If you are expecting the authentic type of shawarma or gyro that is roasted on a vertical rotisserie do not go here. The gyro meat is pretty much cubes that probably come in a bag. Much like the kebab meat you can buy at Costco in a big bag for the same price as 1 gyro from Shah Halal. At least the Costco meat is made to look like it came off of the rotisserie. The quality is like the hospital food version of a gyro, kebab, shawarma. It’s edible and if you haven’t had the authentic version you might like it.
I don’t know why so many gyro/kebab places do not use the vertical rotisserie. It’s just as fast as this microwave version and tastes a thousand times better.

They hold out on meat. More rice and others very less meat for that money. It’s not worth it. Other branches are pretty good compared to this.

Every time I have ordered food from Shah’s Halal, I have been impressed. The food is delicious! Full of flavor and fresh! Even their french fries are the best around. Highly recommend this place!!!

Shah's is fantastic! I first tried their food after visiting my wife in the hospital, I wasn't in the best of modes amd I absolutely did NOT want to cook, but I also didn't want just standard fast food, then I saw Shah's pop up on my phone. I personally love middle eastern foods, and I decided that this place looks great! So I ordered delivery amd it was FANTASTIC!!! The flavors were on point, the extra sauciness made everything stand out and getting pita with their hummus, excellent!
There was onlyb1 temporary downside to that first meal. When I told my wife about it she wasn't allowed to have spicy/highly flavorful foods bc of her surgery. I was in the dog house for a bit for making her extremely jealous. But good news is that I have since been moved back out of the dog house since she has now had their food and both of us can't wait until the next time we eat there!!!

The cheese steak was so skinny and greasy and had an aftertaste of everything else that they make on the grill. In my opinion, a cheese steak doesn’t need to taste like lamb over rice in a hero. But my boyfriend said that the lamb over rice was really good

We absolutely love this place!! Everything we've ever gotten here is delicious. Even my daughter who is a picky eater loved her chicken platter. Prices are very reasonable, they stay open late, and service is quick and friendly. Would highly recommend!
