“I ordered lunch here for the first time. I was nervous after seeing all the recent poor reviews but decided to decide for myself. I ordered online which was easy and it came SUPER fast-like within 20 mins fast. I ordered the general TSOs chicken with shrimp fried rice and a shrimp egg roll. Overall, it was good. I would order again. I only gave it 4 vs 5 because the rice was not my favorite. It almost seemed like it was just heated back up or something but it tasted fine. The shrimp itself was good and not fishy at all. It was not bad but it just was not something you eat and then say omg that was so fresh and tasty. It just did not push into 5 star territory for me but I would def try something from here again.“

“The sign said they open at 11, I got here at 10:30 and they still served me with NO ISSUES. They prices were VERY GOOD! The lunch special comes with your choice of an egg roll or soup. All for under 9$. They also give a NICE portion. Food was very fresh and tasted AMAZING! I highly recommend this place!“

“Chok Chai restaurant are our neighbors. Whenever we don’t have the energy to cook we walk over to Chok Chai. “After walking through Towson Mall, I stopped at Ruby Thai restaurant in the Food Court and tried the 2 meats 2 sides platter for $11.99. I got the Thai Chicken, Bang Bang Chicken, Brown Rice and mixed vegetables. You can't beat the price! Next time I come to Towson, I will return here.“

The shrimp was surprisingly good, the spicy stuff was spicy the shrimp toast was great the cheese wontons were mediocre but not bad the broccoli was good the whole situation was good. I don’t know why they have such a low rating.“
