“The sign said they open at 11, I got here at 10:30 and they still served me with NO ISSUES. They prices were VERY GOOD! The lunch special comes with your choice of an egg roll or soup. “After walking through Towson Mall, I stopped at Ruby Thai restaurant in the Food Court and tried the 2 meats 2 sides platter for $11.99. I got the Thai Chicken, Bang Bang Chicken, Brown Rice and mixed vegetables. You can't beat the price! Next time I come to Towson, I will return here.“

“First the bad, it’s a typical old Chinese restaurant, the place is in need of a good cleaning and some maintenance. The food is great though. The shrimp was surprisingly good, the spicy stuff was spicy the shrimp toast was great the cheese wontons were mediocre but not bad the broccoli was good the whole situation was good. I don’t know why they have such a low rating.“

“I'm giving service and atmosphere 3 stars. IYKYK. Family joint with delicious food. Got the cucumber salad, Bangkok noodles with pork and Black Pepper beef ribs. All were delicious. Curry on noodles good with the slippery noodles. The salad that came with it was fresh and a good balance to have. The cucumber salad has vinegar that was refreshing with the richness of the ribs and curry. I will definitely be back.
