The owner Mr Vito as he like to be called believes it’s ok to serve a RAW - not medium -RAW $40+ dollar pork chop and tell me through my server he won’t take it off the check but he will cook the meat longer. I decided to speak with Mr. Vito and he believes it is completely safe and ok to eat raw meat and did not want to refund my daughters entree. I advised the owner we did not order a TarTar we ordered a pork chop medium.
