I'm from out of town and decided to give Ledo a try for dinner. I ordered a Cheesesteak sandwich for pickup. The order was ready at the time specified and I picked up the sandwich and brought it back to my place. This was the worst sandwich I ever had. I took a bite of the sandwich and immediately knew something was wrong. I opened the half of sandwich and there was no cheese. How can you prepare a cheesesteak sandwich and forget the cheese. The half of sandwich I opened contained 1 thin slice of onion, 2 thin slices of green pepper and a spoonful of burnt steak crumbs that looked like they had been scraped from the grill. Needless to say the sandwich ended up in the garbage.

Please can the owner talk to Mack specifically she is rude to customers and yelled at my face. She need to go her disrespect is disgusting. I used to live for Ledos but ever since it gone downhill. If you want burnt pizza and small portions go here other than that don’t bother wasting your money. You will also be encountering this person Mack so rude. I come here to eat once in awhile

The manager there is familiar from another Ledos restaurant and she's been excellent and super professional in all the years I've known her and she remembered me. This made my experience better. The African American young ladies customer service is excellent as well. Tone and all.

Last couple of pizzas from this shop have been a wet soggy mess. The crust was so thin and uncooked it was mush. As a result we don't go here anymore. We go to the Ledos in Olney. Pizza there is much better and more like Legos pizza should be.

My family and I have been going to this Ledos for over 20 years, but we hadn’t been in a couple of years so we decided to go back and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. We ordered buffalo wings, which were not fried well/they were soft, then we ordered 2 large pizzas and they were overcooked/somewhat burnt, and the bottom of the pizzas had so much extra dry flower crusted on the bottom, you could taste it while you ate the pizza. So we told our waitress who was so kind and courteous, she went to let the manager know and this is where their customer service is majorly lacking- she walked over to our table and said absolutely nothing, she just stared at us and we were all looking at each other confused. My husband finally had to speak up and ask her if she was the manager which she rudely replied yes, and then proceeded to argue with us about each of our complaints. She was extremely defensive and irritated that we said anything at all, not sure how she ever became a manager and you can clearly see by her response why this Ledos location is no where near the better service they had years ago. Thankfully she aggressively agreed to refund one pizza for us, and then went to throw our pizzas in the trash in front of us so we could see her do it. We absolutely will not be returning to this location again, and I highly recommend the Ledos in Laurel and Glen Burnie. Here’s a photo of the small cheese pizza I asked them to make for my 2 year old son- also burnt and overcooked. Our complaints did absolutely nothing, so please don’t waste your time and money going here.

The manager this past Saturday night lacks basic customer service skills. He was rude and unaccommodating. I had an issue with a previous order and figured I’d offer them the opportunity to make it right as I was picking up a $170 pizza order. The issue in question was of over a half quart of salad dressing missing from a prior order - not worth arguing over $3. It’s no wonder the once lively dinning area was empty at peak dinner hours on a Saturday night. Sad to say, the place has taken a turn since my days working there over 10 years ago. The pizza, on the other hand, was great.

I'm really disappointed in the food quality and fulfilling of the order accurately as requested. I have been going to this Ledo's since it was originally open before that I went to the original Ledo's in Langley Park. I have been a loyal customer and fan of Ledo's Pizza and Subs for 50 some years now until recently in the last few months. The last four or five times I have eaten there the food was either undercooked or overcooked and the amount of individual ingredients has been different each time , such as the pizza sauce, the first time it had too much pizza sauce and then the last time it had hardly any pizza sauce. No consistency whatsoever. What prompted me to leave this review was the ultimate in either incompetency or just not giving a damn at all all. I ordered a Ledo steak and cheese online as shown in the picture and it had no cheese at all, very little steak that was dry and overcooked, I ordered extra mayonnaise it had no mayonnaise at all, no hot peppers that I ordered and no onions at all when it was supposed to have grilled onions. There were 2 pieces of lettuce each one about 1" x 1". There is absolutely no excuse for something like this. I mean how can you forget to put cheese on a steak and cheese. Ledo pizza is awesome. Never disappoints. We wanted to try a few things we never tried before. We were all pleasantly surprised by how good the salads were. Huge portions too. We also ordered some wings as an appetizer and they were delicious. Perfectly cooked. The buffalo sauce was top-notch. Of course, the pepperoni pizza doesn't have any competition. Overall the food and the atmosphere were great, but the service needs work. Our waitress was friendly, but not attentive at all. Service needs to improve but it should not stop anyone from going there. Ledo pizza is Ledo pizza. The food is always good.
