This is my first time me and my wife have tried out these photo café place. We ordered two iced coffee with bubble and the coffee come out like water The food is terrible.. we ordered 2 bows of pho ask for extra lemons they charge us four dollars. We order side order of briscut and they do not give it to us and they claim they already put in a bowl. We never come back to this place again.

A lot of dirty utensils which I asked for chopsticks for a clean hygiene option forks cups and the bowls very dirty and disgusting, the service is absolutely zero very bad we not recommend they should work on their behavior and respect their customers

The pho was ok, at best. If nothing else was open and I was nearby, I would go back... BUT, I won't... The lady taking my order has no concept of customer service. I usually don't care for good service, but when it's really bad... no reason to come back.

The person serving I and my boyfriend today was very very rude. She gave us One plate of the bean sprouts and basil so I asked her if we get just one out of mere curiosity. She snapped and said "Yes". I didn't think of it as much however when I was paying and she printed out the receipt she asked me to sign, I did and she took the receipt I was waiting for my copy since you get the "restaurant's copy to sign and given back and a customer's copy given to you. She looked up at me with a very condescending tone and body language saying "that's it". I just walked away in confusion cause I think the customers should get to decide if they want their receipt or not. Maybe it's just me, however all in all food was good but service was really bad.
