The worst service ever！I have visited this store several times, and each time I ordered online and picked up in store with no problem. However, recently, I ordered one drink for my kid in the store on one Thursday afternoon. It took around 20 minutes to get the drink done. In the end, when my husband went to take the drink, the milk tea maker despised him with no respect at all. When we check our receipt later, we found that we were charged bag fee and service fee, but we did not receive bag at all. This is horrible, and will never go back to spend my money on this cuppa tea store.

Be prepared for a surcharge 10c for a bag fee that YOU WOULD NOT ASKED FOR NOR BEING ASKED and 25c for service charge from ORDERING WITH A WORKER.
When I asked about the fee, the server rationale that in the past people asked for bags after paying so they just assumed everyone would take a bag and charge in advance WITHOUT bother asking the customer first. And it's the rule that the manager imposes on them and they could not do anything abt it.
THEY DON'T TAKE CASH so you will have to pay for 25c for the machine/credit card servicing fee as well.
The bubble tea is okay, I'll take my bussiness down the street to Gongcha, Mogee tea or Kungfu tea next time where they won't add ridiculous extra fee and do take cash.

I have been to cuppa tea for years and I never seen an simple pick up order need an hour plus time to prepare, I ordered two simple Milk tea and it can easily done in 5-10min or faster, then the staff delayed dramatically and I didn’t see many customers in the store. If the staffs in the store don’t want to make the online order just don’t do the uber business.

I visited Cuppa Tea last weekend after the DCDI at UMD. I went with a group of friends to get boba and shared an ice cream sundae. I got the Lemon Black Tea which was amazing! Perfectly flavored and sweet. I wish I would've gotten the bigger size because it didn't last long lol. I got a Chocolate Egg Waffle with Nutella filling and vanilla ice cream with Oreos and Reeses. OMG it was sooo good! Our visit there was the perfect way to end the weekend. We hung out at the Cafe while we drank/ate. It's a super cute shop and the staff were really nice! They also have digital ordering if you're not feeling chatty. I plan on visiting next time in CP. Definitely check it out!

I come here all the time because it's close to me and a nice place to do homework. The staff is always nice and really friendly, but I wish it didn't have paper straws and I would really like nondairy milk options.

Their food is ok. But, what they made me unhappy is they charged me 25c convenience fee and 10c bag fee without notice me at all. What they explained is when I use credit card, the pos will charge 25c fee automatically. Fine, I can accept this. But, I was just buying a drink and I don't need a bag and they weren't giving me a bag. I asked the guy refund me the 10c. He gave me a bag instead and told me the bag was automatically charge for take out order. I insisted have my 10c back and they finally gave me back the 10c. 10c is not a big deal but just not reasonable. To their owner, this isn't a good way doing long term business.

Service is so rude and bad. I paid for the matcha egg waffle and they gave me the plain one. When I went back and asked they insisted that this is matcha… but it’s definitely brown and tastes just like normal egg waffle.
