Service at this Dunkin' Donuts is bad. We asked for a banana split, and they didn't have bananas. We asked for a sundae, and they didn't have chocolate syrup or many other toppings, only whipped cream. On their menu, they say they make banana splits and sundaes, but that's not the case. If you're set on having a banana split or a sundae, this isn't the place to go.

I give up with this location. I visit here at least twice a week in the morning and there is always one young lady that is super rude and careless. I come in say good morning and she just stares at me. I ask for LESS ice and I get an entire cup of ice. I ask if the drink can be remade and you would think she is having an asthma attack. I will take my money elsewhere.
