I seriously can’t believe I hadn’t found this place sooner!!! They have so many things you don’t usually see at an all you can eat spot: lychee, sweet and sour boneless chicken feet, garlic vermicelli scallops, shredded jellyfish, egg tarts, snails, and all kinds of steamed dim sum!! This honestly feels like I walked into an actual buffet in Guangzhou except they have even more choices!

Had a great time here. The broth was full of flavour, the ingredients were fresh, and there was plenty to choose from. Friendly staff and a nice place to enjoy hot pot.

Food and service was 10/10 but immediately lost my appetite when I saw the short hair lady cut cucumber for my cucumber juice on the sushi cutting board. In addition to that, watermelon juice was too sweet. It was great last time the other person made it for me. Employees need to be checked because some make the experience great while employees like this will only ruin the business.

Took the family to this hot pot spot on the weekend and everyone loved it. You can customize your own pot which made it easy for the kids too. Will definitely return next time we’re craving hot pot !

I should have left as soon as I went in on a Friday around 6:00pm and there was barely anyone there. Decor and atmosphere great. Prices were expensive but I have experienced hot pot of this type before so I was expecting that. However, I was not expecting the nausea, diarrhea, upset stomach and belching that would linger long after I left. This is not how I was expecting to get my summer body ready, but alas, here we are. I guess thank you? Mandatory 3.5% transaction also caught me by surprise, but I guess they have to make their money somehow, because it for sure isn’t by packing the house everyday.

Food was not that good but once they charged 3.5% to use my card I knew I wasn’t returning.

Service was terrible. This was literally my first time ever having hotpot and kbbq. I’m not sure why they expect people to read a note on a napkin dispenser that says they charge an extra $15 per pound for what you don’t eat. They never verbally told us until AFTER they started bringing out plates of meat. Then NOOOOOO water was brought to us AT ALLLLLL the entire time. The alcoholic drink I bought tasted like juice. Then the food at the fake “hot” bar was cold and old. The sushi was not fresh and there was barely any food to choose from. The only good thing to me from there was the slice of watermelon that I had.
We were clearly confused from the beginning. The servers kept staring in the corner at us watching us struggle, no explanation of how things are done. Not everyone that walks in has done hotpot or kbbq before. It was completely overwhelming for me. Maybe with some type of guidance it could have been a much better experience.
Then the manager made us believe that he would make an exception for us and remove the waste fee. He went in the back for something and then had our server come back to the front to tell us he’s still going to charge us instead of him telling us himself. It was weird. Don’t tell us you’re going to remove a charge if that’s not what you were planning on doing. I’ll never be coming back to this location at all.

The place seems to be in decline. We visited ~2 years ago and it was full of people with fresh food. This time the restaurant was totally empty at lunch time on weekend and food was softly speaking not very appetizing. Sushi bar offerings weren’t fresh, likely from a day before. The price for two was over $100, which is ridiculously high for this kind of place and about twice as much as it was two years ago. The service was good.
Overall, not recommended.
Really enjoyed our visit here. The restaurant was clean, and the service was attentive throughout the meal. The food was fresh, and everything cooked perfectly at the table. It made for a relaxed and enjoyable dinner. I’d definitely come back !

Had a fantastic dinner at T-Pot! The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, and the service was attentive from start to finish. I really appreciate that they focus on quality rather than the usual all-you-can-eat rush. The presentation of the meat was excellent, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. A great spot for a date or a nice dinner with friends !
