I love Vigilante Coffee! Best coffee shop in College Park, really close to UMD's campus which is so convenient. The inside is pretty cute, there's a good amount of seating both inside and outside, but it does get busy so seating is not completely guaranteed. Their coffee is pretty good, I tried one of their lavender vanilla lattes I think it was, it was really good. The baristas are very helpful, and the wait time was really short. Prices aren't too bad either!

My absolute favorite place to get coffee. The staff is always incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The food and drinks are always delicious. It’s a real neighborhood spot and it makes me happy to see so many people sitting in the cafe and talking as opposed to getting drive thru coffee somewhere else. I come here once a week at least!

The honey pistachio croissant was delicious and the cinnamon honey latte was absolutely perfect. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was light and welcoming. Also, I went around 9:30am and no issues with parking.

Hidden coffee shop located in the middle of College Park. The coffee tasted authentic and the snacks were delicious. Fortunately it is in a college town so the prices were not too high. I would recommend this coffee shop to coffee lovers.

The bagel with cream cheese was really good. However, the croissant was warm only on the outside but was cold on the inside. The honey cinnamon latte had an overwhelming amount of cinnamon, it's all I could taste. The cold brew had an acidic flavor. Half of my order was forgotten. Parking is a challenge. The price is very reasonable though.

Probably the best coffee in College Park, and one of the best in the entire DMV area. Their Tin Lizzie beans are awesome!!! Also, love their latte, mocha, and all seasonal specials.

Best coffee in College Park, strong case for the DC area. Don’t believe me? Go try it. Perfectly pulled espresso, great cappuccinos and delicious drip coffee. Fresh pastries. Nice location and vibes. So good. My son goes to UMD so fortunately I get to have it a couple times a year!

They forget to do my order more than 5 times. They do orders of people who came later than me and forget about mine for some reason. Absolutely unprofessional.

Terrible service here. The staff seemed totally clueless and inattentive. I ordered a macchiato but it came with no milk at all. They also couldn’t make drip coffee, yet they didn’t mention this upfront before I placed my order. Extremely unprofessional and such a disappointing experience. Won’t be coming back.

One of the BEST coffees you can get in the DMV! Seriously, espresso was dialed in perfectly and milk was steamed exactly as it should be. I enjoyed the roast & flavor profile of the espresso beans. Service was quick. Inside was super super pretty with plants and abundant seating, but it may be too popular of a spot (I like quieter spots to relax lol.)
Second visit: tried something different (flavored latte) and it was equally great!

Amazing food and staff. 1/18/2026. 2nd stop in since the first was yummy. Freshly baked chocolate pastries and blue berries muffin 10/10. Coffee is the real deal. Our kids loved the lattes, cappuccino rocked. The star is the GOAT sandwich, get it as an everything bagel. The freshly smashed avocado on it is perfection. The staff are sweet and emitting kindness vibes that get the customers all in a good mood to start the day. Definitely will return if we are in the area. You have to be patient for perfection so don’t rush the staff. It is an art. Thank you- NY visitors.
