I rarely ever leave reviews. The customer service was extremely poor. He has no sense of urgency. No orders and just slow. Better off getting your wings elsewhere. They don’t care here.

I’ve tried 3 locations. The one on Eastern Ave is the best. Reliably good even though the atmosphere is janky

Sad to see a business start to go down. I was order 97 on September 2nd, 2024. 6:18 pm. The cashier whose name on the receipt reads "Jemal", was asleep when I walked up. The TV inside had the volume up so loud I couldn't even hear the guy. On top of this he has an attitude. After watching him going back into the food prep area a few times and return my look with a scowl.I didn't feel good trusting any food coming out of there. There's a sign hung up about no refunds so I told the guy he could have the food and left. 15 piece wing's and fries. $25.45 loss. Terrible experience.

I don’t know if something happened with the cashier/front guy. He was having an attitude while taking an order. Even if the food is perfect, and service is off, that place is an automatic trash. Happened on 08/23/24 15:36PM. ABW if you are reading this, help your employees to improve their attitude or that current location will start to lose business.

The wings were good as always but the place didn't look as clean as it normally does. I wasn't sure if the cashier was new but he was very friendly and accommodating.

was at this location as the guy takes my order he dig at his NOSE twice I asked him to wash his hands and looks at the other customers and say im not touching ur food. I said to him but u will be touching my tray and go to the back where the food is to get my tray. Freaking DISGUSTING will not eat there get better staff that are sanitary!!!!

I like the food from these companies but all the ones I've visited are disgusting, they all look dirty, they don't clean

There is no reason why you have to quiz a person on the order the place. If my man was sent to pick up food and he gave my name you should not be asking what flavor is the wings... When you come to a country and your afraid don't provide service in that neighborhood if you can't profile...And if you not profiling then you need to find someone where else you can trust paying customers to come in and have to give just a name for over 35 dollars worth of food. Will never be ordering from here. Go take a class on customer service you need it .

A Very Wonderful place to be. Very clean place. A wonderful staff and the owner is very Awesome. Food tastes real good and hot. They're great cooks. The Boss lady is very respectful and so nice. I love the place. Just feel free and make them your last bus top and eat well.

We got the sub and 5 piece wing combo that come with fries everything was a 10/10 and the lady was very nice and she follow directions. We also like that it stayed open late night definitely will be one of our go to spots. Food Business owner to food business owner your doing your thing keep it up ?
