So this the second time I have come here recently late night. I normally don't have any problems everything is cool but They have this older guy with glasses that makes the food now... I guess he works at night
No disrespect but he's horrible. He even tried to argue with me the last time I had 2 call because my food wasnt made how I asked. I really don't like how he prepared the food and it's real sloppy he makes it how he wants!..the first time I had to bring back my food and the younger tall guy fixed my food. He's dose really good with b that but I guess now I'll have to ask who cooking my food before I order from here.. if I do at all again! 😤🤬

I’ll start with the Jollof Rice and I’ll give it a -1. Completely tasteless but the party wings are good with about 32 flavors to choose from

I wish l could give o stars. I ordered a chicken streak and cheese sub and l got 2 chicken strips on an a sub. Not only did l call my order in and was told my food would be ready in 10 mins. It actually took me 20 mins to get there and needless to say my food was not ready when l arrived. I was then told that “when you order over the phone we don’t make the food until you get here. This is because yesterday we had a someone order $200 worth of food and did not come in and we had to throw everything in the trash.” Ok l understand that so don’t tell me that my food will be ready in 10 mins if this the new policy! And definitely don’t make what you want to make and have me pay for something l didn’t ask for. Do better for your other customers because you lost this one!

Very disappointed with my recent visit to American’s Best Wings at 3651 Bladensburg Rd, Colmar Manor, MD 20722. I found bugs in the wings, and the food tasted old and not fresh at all. This is completely unacceptable. I expected better quality and cleanliness from a place with this reputation. Sadly, I won’t be returning — food safety must come first.

Ha ti be the nastiest. All the fish burger add ons I requested was completely ignored and they gave me dairy instead which im allergic too instead. Veggies is nasty. Fries were missing as well. Absolutely horrible!! And added a red meat to my fish burger. Wow!

DO NOT GO HERE. JUST LISTEN. Worst Americas Best by a mile, no urgency to finish my order and I had called 15 min ahead of time to place my order. Extremely unprofessional employees and it seems like they prepare food that is not on the menu which is probably not sanitary. As many have posted, the guy at the register does not change his gloves and proceeds to prepare food with the same gloves used on the register. The fries used are not in line with other locations and they don’t even make the sauces fresh here, everything is packaged. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place

Shut it down he wiping the sweat off his face and touching ppls food with the same gloves my food was so burnt you couldn't even break the chicken apart! And they frying crab legs without batter just straight disgusting I will never ever go back in a million years to this place and they reviews are fake.

The Ugba is so so good. She really know what's she's doing. And she's very beautiful. I do love her. She works very hard everyday. Indeed, she's a woman vision. You Can't believe that she's the Boss Lady. She works more than her works. She don't look at nobody, she just do her things. I really Love her. May God Bless her More and more and Strengthen her and Protect her Amen🙏.

I rarely ever leave reviews. The customer service was extremely poor. He has no sense of urgency. No orders and just slow. Better off getting your wings elsewhere. They don’t care here.
