I ordered an Impossible Burger. The sandwich I received came with what looked like a bite missind on a bun! The customer service was awful. The manager informed me that the receipt printer was not working after my purchase. I went to the restroom and found it locked. Once I was back at the counter, I had to wait until someone was able to escorted to the restroom with the key to unlock the door.

If you don’t have a car don’t go to the drive thru even though it’s 6:30a and the drive thru is open but the walk in dining area isn’t. They will not serve you. Gotta do better Burger King. Working people need to eat too even tho they don’t have a vehicle.

Big turn around from what we were use with the new renovation and new employees Burger King in eastover has really changed, we could only hope they go 24hrs like Marlow heights and Oxon Hill
