Waited over 10 minutes at the window with no other customers, and not a single person was working on my order. Staff were standing around and on their phones, completely ignoring the window. The sign about quick pickup and confirming orders is a joke when no one even starts making the food.

Terrible service, workers don’t wanna take orders and have people wait more than 10 minutes just to order. On top of that employees see the long line and still decide to leave. Really terrible costumer service.

I don't know what the policy pertains to but I went here at 11:20 waited knocked on the window didn't get help at all went to the drive threw and got told I could not order from manager cause I didn't have a car that makes no sense I would think that if a restaurant wants to make money they would be able to take the order I would want. So I think regional manager needs to speak to manager on shift and tell that is lost of money. The manager told me it was cause of safety issues that she couldn't take the order horrible service didn't even get a smile and couldn't order due to this. Please fix this issue upper management. So I ended up going to your competition and they where able to take my order at 11:35pm

I recently visited the KFC at Colma Manor and had a really great experience! The service was fast, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was clean and organized, which made the visit even more enjoyable. My food was fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned — the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, just the way it should be. You can really tell that the team at this location cares about delivering quality service and food. I left very happy and satisfied with my meal. Thank you to the Colma Manor KFC team for making my experience a great one — I’ll definitely be coming back!

No stars if I could. The chicken was old at 1145a which tells me that they served chicken from the day before. Mashed potatoes and gravy were stiff so I'd say also, from the day before. Places like this need to be shut down.
I came through the drive thru around 11something tonight hoping they would have crispy chicken because my local location didn’t have it so I drove out to this location only to be told no crispy just original I said Ok can you make sure it’s cooked well the young lady said Ok!! I got home to eat the chicken broke the chicken open only to see red!! Not cooked all the way. No dinner for me tonight. The last I came there late night they gave wrong chicken order. If it isn’t crispy I not eating not settling. Would call back to complain but the location is closed.
