It is November 30th 2pm the young girl at the register was very rude and nasty if this is how this location treats its customers I definitely will never stop here ever again couldn’t even order my food after working since 7am but it’s ok I know how to proceed with this matter

The young lady at the registerer was outstanding!. Very professional & very helpful!. But the Manger, was so very rude to a customer, after customer said to him. That the young lady at the registerer was outstanding during her job well!. But the Manger dismissed the customer's as if she didn't say anything!. This was around 6:45 on Saturday evening at the KFC/Taco Bell on Brandenburg Road Maryland. I hope this Manager can & will be spoken to about this event. I wish I got her name, Employee at the registerer, but the Manager had a African name & accent. That young lady at the registerer was amazing doing her job!.

Very Arrogant employee the spanish guy, disrespecting delivery guys and assuming they will steal. I asked to wait for me to cancel an order because I can't confirm 2 orders by picking up 1 order only, and he close the window while talking to him. Very very disrespectful, probably he treats customers better but looking down on delivery people, I am sure KFC say all sort of BS in their policy saying welcoming environment stuff.

I'm definitely biased being how old I am, but KFC's chicken is always juicy and tasty. The service is great. The employees are always friendly. I even dog the atmosphere which I don't at most fast food restaurants.
Parking: Free parking lot available all around the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Typical fast food atmosphere as far as children are concerned.

The staff at this location see me often, and I really believe they are holding the location together.
Earlier this evening, during a brief slow moment, I decided to go place my usual orders. The staff (always very professional and kind and communicative) did the normal work of getting orders out to drivers in the drive through, delivery drivers, etc… They were clearly on top of it.
When I got my food (ridiculously quick), I drove off with the normal trust that my order was all there and kept my evening moving. A drive home later, I noticed I was missing two tacos, two sides — essentially the other meal I ordered.
Under normal circumstances, I’d probably call this experience bad — lots of calling the restaurant, hoping a brief blip didn’t mess up someone else’s order — but it just showed how pressured the staff is. The customer service was amazing and the communication kept up, but all the external pressures probably mean you need more staffing in those key rushes.
TLDR: Support the dope workers! If I have to lose $10 to make that point, then $10 well spent! The people are good at what they do. Empower ‘em!

Unfortunately, they rarely get your order right. They constantly ask you to pull over to wait for your food. Then I personally observed them giving food to someone else that I touched when they swapped bags. Disgusted and extremely unsatisfied. Last time I come to eat here.
At this KFC, you’ll also find Taco Bell, making it a perfect spot for a quick bite. The food here is notably fresh, and the biscuits are a standout—soft, buttery, and far from the usual dryness you might expect. The customer service is top-notch, and the store’s modern, spotless interior adds to the overall experience.

The food was nice, hot, and good! We went through the drive-thru but had to wait for our food to be brought to us, along with a few others. Everything was correct in the bag, and we even had napkins, condiments, and utensils- which are usually forgotten. We enjoyed our meal to the fullest once we settled in to eat. Take care!

Food was hot, tasty and filling. With no one waiting, and food already done, it took over 7 min to get food, people in the back just talking, person that took my order had to go back and fill order.
