I recently visited the KFC at Colma Manor and had a really great experience! The service was fast, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was clean and organized, which made the visit even more enjoyable. My food was fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned — the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, just the way it should be. You can really tell that the team at this location cares about delivering quality service and food. I left very happy and satisfied with my meal. Thank you to the Colma Manor KFC team for making my experience a great one — I’ll definitely be coming back!

No stars if I could. The chicken was old at 1145a which tells me that they served chicken from the day before. Mashed potatoes and gravy were stiff so I'd say also, from the day before. Places like this need to be shut down.

I came through the drive thru around 11something tonight hoping they would have crispy chicken because my local location didn’t have it so I drove out to this location only to be told no crispy just original I said Ok can you make sure it’s cooked well the young lady said Ok!! I got home to eat the chicken broke the chicken open only to see red!! Not cooked all the way. No dinner for me tonight. The last I came there late night they gave wrong chicken order. If it isn’t crispy I not eating not settling. Would call back to complain but the location is closed.

Drive through service bad: I was told to pull forward because my order wasn’t ready. I asked why and I didn’t get an explanation. Also my order total sounded higher than expected and the breakdown didn’t add up.
I was not given nor offered a receipt. First and last time at this location. Smh
We placed an online order and waited 15 minutes till the app said it was ready. When we went inside at first they couldn’t find our order because it was under our first name instead of our last name and then they still had to prepare it. We ordered a gallon of Mountain Dew and landed up only getting 3 sip cups instead of a beverage bucket. The location and atmosphere was ghetto af. We will never be going back again and are highly dissatisfied. And then on top of it we ordered ketchup and they didn’t include it in our order.

It is November 30th 2pm the young girl at the register was very rude and nasty if this is how this location treats its customers I definitely will never stop here ever again couldn’t even order my food after working since 7am but it’s ok I know how to proceed with this matter
