This particular KFC also sells Taco Bell & has the freshest food and the softest, buttery biscuits I've ever had at any KFC , which are usually dry. The customer service was great, store looked very modern, clean.

This evening my kids and I visited this particular location's drive thru. I ordered, paid and was asked to pull to the front of the store so our food could be prepped. We sat waiting for a while, when I noticed a young male KFC employee come out the door and hand a bag of food ( which I was sure was ours) to a car of people who pulled up after us. This car pulls off with the bag of food and then shortly returns, by this time the employee came back out with another bag but was called back over to the car he initially gave the bag of food to. They must have notified the KFC employee that the food he gave them was someone else's order (mine) and to take it back. Well luckily for that customer as he was pulling up his actual order came out but not so lucky for me. The KFC employee attempted to walk his simple tail to my car with a torn bag of food, that had been handled by other customers hands , after they drove off with the food before returning it, and thought I was going to accept that bag. I reminded the young KFC employee their policy is not to take food back over the counter once the public has had contact with the food but thought my family and I were actually going to accept that tainted food someone else just had in their car. I sent him back and requested the food be prepared again.Despite asking for a fresh order of food, I decided to get out of my car in the freezing cold to make sure they didn't take that same food and pass it off as a freshly made order. To make matters worse they wanted to see my receipt as if I was cheating them , when they're the ones who made the mistake. I told them I know what I ordered and the young lady who took my order at the drive thru said she remembered my order as well but they insisted on seeing the receipt. I made another trip back to the car to retrieve the receipt and this time I requested my money back. To make matters worse while the employee at the drive thru offered an apology, the manager didn't and asked me all I was getting was the drinks. I told him " no " went back to the car to give them their darn drinks back and get my money. They put me through all of that and really wanted me to pay for the drinks and took the drinks my kids dranked off back over the counter. Once I requested to have the manager's real name, and be able to take a picture of the receipt, that's when the apology was offered. I won't be going back there any time soon.

I have been coming to this location for years. Today's service was horrible and very unprofessional. The drive-through employee was absolutely rude! Management and ownership should be completely ashamed. You have lost my business!!

What rubbish service. Ordered on the machine, to which a guy come in after me got served and got his food before me!!! Don't order on the machine has you will be waiting longer!!!! Awful service!!!

Visited this location yesterday and requested two extra crispy wings (just wings). I was told to pull forward and once I got to the window was told $9.53.I asked the woman what was that for and she said for just the two wings. Then proceeded to display and attitude for me questioning why two piece of chicken cost almost $10.I have not been to KFC in some time but I'm good on not returning!

Service is good. Food just ok. Had the wraps and they were small. Paid for a spicy cole slaw wrap and received a wrap with cole slaw sauce and pickles. NO ACTUAL COLE SLAW.

KFC is the same everywhere--great. I wasn't in a store. I ordered online and they delivered: hot and fast. I'd do more often if I could afford it. This KFC is the only one I've ordered from and the prices were pretty high
