Omgggg this location has went down terribly. Too many things going on while ordering, picking up your food and just trying to navigate around situations there. Ppl period! Service is horrible!!!!! Argue each and everytime. Food is always wrong and nasty...byeeee

If your breakfast hours ends at 10:30am , and I placed my order at 10:20am. Why would you refuse to make my order???. The app should not allow you to purchase breakfast items if the cut off time is before 10:30

Terrible customer service. Today i went to this mcdonald’s no employee was ready so I waited. This employee “Maria” just walked in gave me a passive aggressive smile and walked past me behind the counter. The manager called her back and had to make her serve us. Im 14 years old and until now Ive never been treated this way , i love McDonald’s but at what cost

Apparently someone that doesn't order coffee on their meal gets a free medium here but some one that did does not. McDonald's needs to bring back the refill on coffee that's just being greedy on the restaurant part.

I frequent this McDonald's, or at least I did. It seems that in recent years, the standards have lowered significantly for this particular store. There have always been issues but this last time really irked me, This store really seems to prioritize drive-thru, not that it's an issue but the fact of the matter is, please have someone up front. There was no cashier, not greeter, not a soul in sight for 8 minutes that we stood to order. One Hispanic lady walked by a few times, not a hello, or an I'll be right with you or anything.

Like I work in customer service, and we are pushed to at least greet a client but these people didn't even do that. She avoided our gaze, my parents are old fashioned and did not want to use the new tablets, mostly because they don't have a debit/ credit card, they wanted to order in person.

All in all, this location just seems so dull and lifeless. You can no longer smell the food like you could once before, it's dull with muted colors and employees are hidden away from sight. Leaving a guest to feel left out, like I get that sometimes we get busy that we rush but like c'mon.. at least say hi or something. Only possible way to get taken care of is through drive-thru apparently. ಠ_ಠ
