Where's Taco Bell in existence. Came here around noon and it was a complete circus. No one was even working the counter. People waiting around for orders so I left. I made the mistake of stopping back by when there's absolutely no cars in the drive-thru or in the parking line. Ordered two items and was asked to pull up further in the Drive-Thru. They literally never came to bring me my order with other vehicles pulling in and trying to pull out of the drive-thru forcing me to leave. I went back in and got my refund am. The gentleman work in the drive-thru was phenomenal but he didn't know what the hell was going on in that building

I was asked to exit the drive thru and wait for food in the parking lot. I waited about 10 minutes before I decided to go inside and see what the hold up was. The person packing the food seemed to be in a bad mood. She throw my desert puffs in the box on top of my chicken. I'm sure that is probably not the right way to do it ;0.... But I will say the actual chicken was very good also the biscuit and mashed potatoes even though I asked for fries. 🧐

On June 6th, 2025 I ordered 3 dorito tacos and a spicy chicken sandwich and fries through the drive-thru. My order was literally disgusting. I'm eating my fries and when I get near the bottom I grabbed a fry and as I'm chewing there is this vile taste like some type of chemical or something. I immediately spit the fry out and I noticed a smell, a very foul smell, like feces. The smell lingered from the bag and my hands. The staff were very rude and rushing me to order.
Doesn't take online orders. Doesn't Carry all items on their own menu posted in the drive-thru. Got my order wrong twice even after I called to tell them that they got it wrong. Gave me the exact same thing when I went back.

How can they say they can't do ice water only that nasty Dasani in the bottle. Every fast food place including taco bell can do regular water. When i asked for it the employee just said no without explanation. Just water. Not rocket science. Guess what... burger King across the street can do they get my order.
