One word comes to mind when I think about that that Brandy Apple bread pudding, Amazing!! I would've never known it was vegan. I come from a family of bakers so I am extremely hard to please as it pertains to baked goods! This is an extremely talented black owned and operated bakery that produces yummy goodies! I cant wait to try other things. Please support them if you can.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free and vegan options which is a major plus!

I was looking to support a dessert spot that is black owned and my client found Apple Core. I went there and got the lemon coconut cake. It had a genuine homemade taste.
