We have been supporting this company since we found them first in Baltimore and everything was great at first. Since spending over at least $100 every time we visit getting food and groceries the food has become smaller in portions worst in quality and higher in prices. Also every time we have come recently the inventory for groceries and take home items are dwindling. I hope someone can address these issues and bring the quality back up to par
A part store and part restaurant located at the end of a road on the first floor of a business building. They have mostly snacks and some drinks in their store and a few frozen items. Their main draw is their food. You order food from the cashier, they provide you with a number placard and stand and you took it to an empty table. I'd recommend getting their mixed appetizers since it contains a few varieties of the appetizers to try. Of those I really enjoyed the coxinha that I went back to order more. It's a tear dropped shaped fried ball filled with shredded chicken and cheese. Kibe is a beef and wheat croquettes and Bolinho de Bacalhau is a cod fish croquette, both of which were delicious. I wanted to try their Camarao (shrimp in a cream based stew with rice and shredded potatoes) and another entree but they were sold out. Instead we had their brazilian pie (tons of shredded chicken but a little dry, crust was cooked perfectly, flaky and buttery) and Carne de Panela (reminded me of an under seasoned pot roast, yucca root was stringy?) Although the Carne de panela did come with a seasoning topping blend that was very good that was needed for the entree. Overall it was an okay experience but I come back and try some of their other entrees, appetizers and desserts (lots to choose from).
This place is a hidden gem in Columbia. The interior looks very modern, clean, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Check their Menu online, which offers everything from Starters, Main, Sandwiches, as well as Dessert. They also have a small shop inside with brazilian chocolates, sweets, and more. I had Pastel filled with Cheese, and the Picanha Steak Sandwich with fries, which was very tasty/tender. I will definitely come back.
GREAT food and friendly staff! Got the Picanha Steak, 10/10! And the coxchina’s are amazing!
I had a mixed feelings about this place and minor issues :- The environment is really nice and their decoration super cute;- It is pricey compared to another Brazilian restaurants;- I had an order of appetizers (pastel and coxinha ) and it was delicious;-Then I had the main course, chicken Parmesan. On the menu it says “beef “, when I received it was chicken . No big deal but I mentioned it to the waitress that it needed to be corrected;-Only negative point about the food, it was EXTREMELY SALTY. I could not have any more bites of the chicken parm;About the service :I had to ask for a glass or straw after she gave me a can of coke and left. The table didn’t have napkins or ketchup . I felt like I had to stand to go after the waitress otherwise she would just be on the back in the kitchen. It kinda bothered me having to stand up to get her attention once the place was kinda empty .Just a few observations. Overall it’s so far much better the all the Brazilian places in DMV area .I’ll go back for the breakfast some time soon .
Awesome environment and great food!! I had the Brazilian steak sub and fries and it was really good!!! The customer service was superb! (I can’t remember the lady’s name, but she was very courteous.) Even cleaning up the coffee I spilled. If only it wasn’t located so far away from where I live, I’d visit again. But honestly, I liked it so much I may drive an hour just to try it one more time. Overall, I was well pleased, especially with this being my first Brazilian restaurant experience.
We placed a huge order as soon as we saw them on Doordash. Everything came and it was amazing, good portions and tasted heavenly. Definitely a place to try a little cuisine from Brazil!
As someone who has always loved Brazilian food, I was excited to try out a local restaurant that my sister recommended. I ended up visiting the restaurant twice with my family, but the experience was mixed. While the first visit was enjoyable and the staff treated us well with extra appetizers, the second time we went, the portions seemed smaller, and the experience was not as pleasant.I found the prices at this restaurant to be a bit high, and it would be helpful if they offered the cheese bread at a decreased price so that customers could fill up on it more without breaking the bank. Offering a cheaper appetizer would be a great way to improve the overall dining experience. The restaurant offered toys for small children, which was nice. The TV was distracting, and even though we were the only guests, they were unable to turn it off.I appreciated the option to purchase Brazilian foods such as frozen cheese bread, farofa, and catupiri cheese. Overall, I enjoyed sharing Brazilian food with my family and would consider returning in the future.
Amazing atmosphere!!! Everything was delicious.Very polite and helpful employees. Definitely I will come back.
Praise for the friendly and inviting individuals who made us feel right at home. The salgadinhos are amazing. The coffee is fantastic. The desserts are delicious - I never cared for pudim but the ones they make here are the exception. I get one every time I visit.I had to take a star off for the picanha and filé de frango grelhado.I've never had picanha served well done (it's usually medium/medium rare for the best texture and flavor) and this one was so overcooked that it was tough. It had that liver taste to it meat tends to get when it's been on the heat for far too long. The frango grelhado was also overcooked and very dry. Seasoned nicely but difficult to enjoy.
Kid-friendliness: There are puzzles, toys, and books for the kids to play with. Everyone, including my kids, felt very welcome here.

Had a great time here- food was fantastic and everyone was super nice. My dad grew up in Brazil and lives in Columbia- I’m SO thankful this place is so close to him, he talks about it all the time and it makes him so happy to go there.Thank you!
AMAZING FOOD! Huge portion sizes. Overall worth the visit! ?
My wife is Brazilian so I am familiar with this type of food. The food here is really good.If you have never been here or eaten Brazilian food, two classic dishes that are a must try is the Feijoada and the Strogonoff. For lighter snacks, I would recommend the pastels. Also, try the pao de queijo (cheese bread).I have not personally tried the desserts here but a lot of the Brazilian desserts are really good.I would recommend branching out and trying different things.
All the food was amazing, down to the sides.I thought the steak and fries were too expensive until I saw how much food came out. Steak (2 pieces), fries, soup, rice, salad, topping.Great meal, I'm very happy. ?
This place is a bit out of the way but well worth the visit. It's a a combination of a Brazilian style cafe, restaurant, coffee shop, and micro bakery. The decor and style is amazing and the food matches. It also has a very small attached native foods market with ingredients you won't find in your local grocery store international aisle. Looking at other reviews - one thing potential customers should be aware of is this is a Brazilian style restaurant - while some of the menu items are similar in name to Mexican dishes - they are different and why they don't taste the same. The food is outstanding for what it is supposed to be.
