“This was a very good hamburger. Though I asked for medium, it was medium well. Of course, degree of doneness is a challenge for any hamburger joint. Even so, the meat was flavorful. There was quite a bit of bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. The onion rings were also quite good. The shortfall was Pepsi products, which I do not prefer. I think the shock for me was one burger, order of onion rings, and fountain drink was $25.00.“

Then I highly recommend you begin your visit by asking for Angie to take care of you/your friend or family. I walked into Red Robin after the lunch rush. Angie appeared to be prepping for the next rush of customers. However, she turned away from her current task and asked me if I needed help. I had lots and lots of question, as I was preparing to have a family dinner there the next day. From the moment she welcomed me and offered to assist, she presented to me that I had 100% of her attention. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional and kind, PRECISELY demonstrating all the qualities that make for a wonderful guest experience. Angie, keep up the great work! “This shake shack is always super goof. Food is fresh and hot the service is friendly! Everything is usually pretty clean as well, I think maybe once it looked a little worse than usual but it was busy so forgivable.

This location does get pretty busy and it can get kind of loud but it's in an ideal location so makes sense. Wife and I love this place.“

“on a Tuesday night drive thru the person taking my order did a very nice exceptional job at getting my order correct and nice also definitely goes a long way the fries are almost always fresh and the burgers are always warm and fresh it's not a Michelin restaurant but they do a good job of taking care of their customers!“

“Went for breakfast before 10 am on Sat. The staff was very friendly. We were seated and served very quickly. So happy to find Gluten free pancakes & waffles. One of the few places that gave me over hard eggs when I asked for it. The waitress was very friendly & it was nice to see all the staff helping out to serve the food. Would definitely go again.“
