Great service everyone there is always welcoming, well mannered and very attentive. Due to that service I keep coming back and like cava now! Food is of course delicious but having great customer service also makes the food taste even better! Shout out to Jhonatan for being attentive and for being so nice great personnel!
This is the only location I love visiting. This location by far will always meet if not exceed my expectations regarding what customer service really is about. They always greet you and make you feel good. They also don’t make you feel rushed to order. Jhonathan is such a good worker there he always greet you with kindness and resolves issues promptly. He is amazing! Everyone in there as well.
CAVA is indisputably the best fast casual restaurant to ever come up in the DMV. Variants in the “healthy” fast casual market (i.e., DIY salad or bowl spots) come nowhere close. I could eat CAVA everyday for the rest of my life and be happy, and I am not ready to say that about any other restaurant.
