I ordered a Chicken bowl, but it was missing the main ingredient, chicken. I walked from work during my lunch break and didn't have the chance to go back to have them correct it, and the online chat didn't have an option to refund at least a portion for the missing chicken. I will have to start checking my orders going forward to make sure they're accurate 😒.

Not sure I would have tried this location based upon the reviews, but I'm here to say my experience was fantastic. My steak bowl was prepared with everything I asked for and the portions were certainly very good. The entire thing was fresh and tasty. No issues, perfect experience! Thanks.

I have been here twice in the past few weeks. Each time the workers behind the counter were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The food was as expected - consistent and good. I would have given 5, but there was no plastic knives, only forks. The food court could do a much better job at cleaning unused tabpes - they were pretty bad.
