I chose this location because it's close to my workplace, but unfortunately, it's the worst Chipotle I've ever visited. They consistently serve half portions, and when I ask for more (not meat), they charge extra. I try to eat healthily, so I usually request no rice and extra lettuce, but that never happens. I often receive less than 10 pieces of lettuce. I'm really disappointed.

This location has no customer service nor patience’s . I ordered a bowl the entire time I felt rushed and I was the only person in the line. I get to the register and it was the same a rush feeling . You give customer service and a great experience that we want to return and come back to . I’m checking my phone to make sure I have everything I need with my order and I’m telling the cashier one second she telling me I’m all in my phone well yes making sure I have all my items for me and someone else. She was so rude hands thrown in the air telling me well check it then . That’s 100% not customer service and I’m not paying for attitude I’m paying for my meal. Next time don’t rush the customer!

I have always thought that the online stuff about chipotle not giving enough meat was just people complaining about nothing. I’ve gotten it once or twice a week for the past 10 years or so. I will never go to this specific location again. I tried what I thought was a cool new feature, the drive through, well I could fit the amount of chicken I got in my burrito bowl in one normal spoon. Literally one bite full. The rest was just rice… I live right next to this location but I will drive elsewhere. As a huge supporter I am disappointed.

Don’t bother ordering in the app, takes much longer and never ready on time. Why bother ordering ahead on app if everyone walking in gets food faster????

Very clean. Portion is very generous. Worth the drive to avoid the one on the Dobbin road. Totally recommend.

They literally barely fill the bowl. You’re gonna get half the bowl. I’ll never understand how the employees think that's okay. I've been here three times so far since they've opened and it's been an issue each time.
