Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was the best chipotle in Columbia, MD before January 2025, take a hint, the entire staff who were hardworking, kind and accommodating people are no longer there. Today the black beans were dry and mushy like refied beans, asked for new ones and was told they had to make them they didn’t have any ready. Mind you they were at the tail end of their current batch. Secondly I asked for a guac on the side and the woman, yt, could barely get it off the spoon and then she tried to close the lid. The kind woman at the register took over and helped her after I had to complain. This is unacceptable!

I’ve ordered many times since the store first opened. And usually the food quality has been very good. But today after eating food delivered from this location I spent the night with stomach upset and eventually I had to vomit. Felt better after that. But since nothing tasted bad I suspect they aren’t keeping surfaces or their hands clean.

I always order online, I never get what i order, who should have to open their bowl before they pull off every time? The ppl working there act like they paying for my food, I always have to pay for extra protein because they give very little lol, once again ordered extra corn look at this no corn at all, what a joke

Three months ago the food here reminded me of when Chipotle first started — full of flavor and worth it. Today I stopped by before work and the food was completely bland and tasteless. I was shocked because I’ve never had an issue with the taste or quality before. Honestly, I don’t know what happened between then and now, but it makes me think twice about spending my money here again. The only good part was the portion my $12 half chicken & half steak bowl was a decent size but the flavor just wasn’t there.

I went to Chipotle with my two daughters (ages 9 and 12). My younger daughter ordered the kids’ meal (quesadilla, black beans, and rice) and asked to add pico de gallo. My older daughter, who was ordering a burrito, asked for pico de gallo, which is included free with a burrito— and wanted to give it to her sister so we wouldn’t be charged extra. The staff seemed confused, discussed it with another employee, and then — shockingly — threw the kids’ meal in the trash right in front of us and restarted the order without explanation. It was insulting, unnecessary, and showed a total lack of customer care. The entire experience was terrible. I had to explain to my kids how immature and naive adults behave sometimes and should never be tolerated. Based on their behavior and reaction, I didn’t want to waste my time confronting them. The staff were unfriendly and seemed 10x more miserable than anyone I’ve ever seen working at McDonald’s. This was the last straw for me — I’ll never return to this location or any other Chipotle with my families. It left a bad taste in our mouth, From now on, I’d rather take my kids to Taco Bell where at least the kiosks won’t treat us like that.

Very nice and CLEAN restaurant it was my first time seeing a Chipotle with a drive-thru. The only down side of it is the store only has one restroom 😏

Employees attitude is lot to be desired, they are not friendly.
There was trash all over the dining room there was no napkin and the employees were going in and out of the restaurant
please boycott this restaurant until management does significant improvement

I chose this location because it's close to my workplace, but unfortunately, it's the worst Chipotle I've ever visited. They consistently serve half portions, and when I ask for more (not meat), they charge extra. I try to eat healthily, so I usually request no rice and extra lettuce, but that never happens. I often receive less than 10 pieces of lettuce. I'm really disappointed.
