During Christmas eve 🎄 💕 ♥️ while window shopping I was treated to a hot Caramel Latte with mocha syrup by my newly employed daughter Maya. It was the best one I've had. Cinnabon will always be my favorite 😍 mall stop. I'm not a avid mall shopper like I was in the old days. However, when I do visit the mall Cinnabon always gets my 🪙 💰 🪙. It's a win 🏆 🙌 👌 win. They will never go out of business with those delicious 😋 cinnamon rolls. Ten 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠 💫 🌃 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠.

Horrible customer service. I was told that cinabon bon bite would be ready in 20 minutes. I left and came back, just to be told it would be 10 more minutes. Waited 10 more minutes and it was never ready. Horrible customer service.

Save your money!!! The only reason I stopped was because the guy usually working in the back put out fresh cinabons the girl working the register instead gave me a old hard stale dry bun ...good think I opened the box before walking off (if you do eat one from there I strongly suggest you do the same) I promptly returned it she still refused to give me a fresh one instead giving me another one she got from somewhere she got from the side ...her attitude was nasty but I guess she did my waiste line a favor because I will never buy anything from that location

The only reason I purchase the cinnabon was because I love him so much and I like to treat myself every now and then.The middle-aged guy at the counter today had a bit of a smart aleck attitude!In the past, I have always gotten friendly service from Cinnabon. Perhaps they should leave the greeting, and cashiering to the younger friendlier personality types.When I find a specially interesting, is that the register is now set up to ask you if you want to leave a tip. Of course you can select no, but if you don't you can't proceed with the purchase.There's no way in the world I would have tipped this associate!
