Didn’t know this store was here! I was thrilled! Not busy when I stopped in, clean store and friendly staff.

Loved it! Nice place to go with family

I went with my husband, our two kids, and three of their friends. The experience was absolutely wonderful! The ice cream was fresh, creamy, and full of flavor and the portions were generous too. My husband loved it so much he even went back for seconds!

What really stood out was the service. The staff were so kind and patient, even with my kids and their excited (and noisy) orders. The owner even noticed how much we were enjoying ourselves and treated us to extra chocolate dipped int strawberry fruit - such a thoughtful surprise from the house.

More recently, I ordered a 12x18 ice cream cake for a farewell program at my company. It was a huge hit! Everyone loved it, and it disappeared faster than any other cake in our team’s history. Even those who usually avoid sweets couldn’t resist.

Visited in person tonight. Nobody else in line. Asked for Cookie Doughn’t You Want Some. I did not watch the employee make it, but of course trusted it was what I asked for. I got it to go, took it home, opened it up to eat. I taste bananas and nuts….they gave me Banana Caramel Crunch. How?? That is not even close! Imagine some allergic to nuts eats that unknowingly. BAD!

I have always made it a point to get the caramel apples, when I visit Columbia Maryland. I was very disappointed in them, the girl that made them ruined the caramel it was very hard, they over cooked it. I wasted $40 something 😒. Please retrain these people,,I live in Massachusetts and they really disappointed me before going back home.

The service is great, and they have a wide range of creations.

I honestly don't know how to thank the store manager. Being pregnant and dealing with cravings, I ordered ice cream, but the delivery driver literally stole it. I wanted to cry, but the store manager stepped in and got me a replacement, delivering it to my home. He is an angel!

Don't believe all the fridges complaining about not enough cookies or whatever. Its a chain place and a yummy treat with endless options. Decently priced.

I went here with my family after dinner. They got there before me, so they were already eating their ice cream when I was walking up. There wasn't a long wait in line to place my order. The staff there was friendly and attentive. I got what I ordered fairly quickly. I love how many varieties of ice flavors and toppings they have here. They have something for everyone. My only recommendation for someone driving there is to park in the parking garage across the street. The garage is diagonally across from them. Me being from Baltimore didn't know this and I kept driving forward and drove into the parking lot at Columbia Mall by the movie theater, book store, and outside restaurants. I drove around a few times and couldn't find a parking spot. I had to call my brother and ask him where to park. Now I'll know next time I'm there.
