I ordered 2 rocky road squares with my order of a few other things and they were hard as rocks. When I bit into them because I tried both, the chocolate broke off and I couldn’t even bite into the marshmallow center! Awful and waste of money!

Today is 05 Jan 2025 and about 4p.m. The costumer service here is subpar. The workers are rude, and i felt as if I was an inconvenience to them. Funny enough, it was empty in the store. Not a good representation of the company.

10 words…. Order their dark chocolate ice cream with pecans and pretzels. Pure Heaven on Earth. My honey and I often pick up a “ to go” pint when we are in the mall area.
Friendly staff. Indoor tables. Parking in Mall parking lot across the street.

They are very friendly and efficient at this location. I also love how if they make a little bit too much, they give it to you. Nothing more frustrating than watching them throw out your sweet treat!

This is my second time ordering from this COLD STONE AT THE MALL ON DOOR DASH !!!! I use to go inside until they had a problem with me watching how they made my ice cream how I WANTED IT MADE MY MONEY IS PAYING FOR IT NO HANDOUTS !! So I tried DOOR DASHING I SEE WHY THAT STORE ALWAYS HAVE NEW KIDS WORKING!!! Training is needed on CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH OUT CUSTOMERS !! No COLD STONE !! Hellllo this is a picture of $25.00 ice cream with 6 toppings !!!!! Where for $25.00 a few nuts and French vanilla ice cream I will take my MONEY TO RITA”s!!!!!! Disclaimer THANK GOD I HAD Graham crackers home!!! To addddddddd I paid for 6 toppings and had to add my OWN!!!

Cold Stone is great, but everything from Rocky Mountain Chocolate tastes like a perfumed soap. I just got a pecan apple today and it is completely inedible. In the past I have tried some chocolates as well and it also had the same soap taste...so I guess it isn't a one time thing. I do not plan to try again at this location.
Went in there today they were playing vile music with cuss words, 21 Savage and ice spice, there was a kid in there and they were blasting red rum with cussing. He turned it off when I asked but I won't be coming here anymore. Go to the charmery down the road, way more professional.
