I honestly don't know how to thank the store manager. Being pregnant and dealing with cravings, I ordered ice cream, but the delivery driver literally stole it. I wanted to cry, but the store manager stepped in and got me a replacement, delivering it to my home. He is an angel!

Don't believe all the fridges complaining about not enough cookies or whatever. Its a chain place and a yummy treat with endless options. Decently priced.

I went here with my family after dinner. They got there before me, so they were already eating their ice cream when I was walking up. There wasn't a long wait in line to place my order. The staff there was friendly and attentive. I got what I ordered fairly quickly. I love how many varieties of ice flavors and toppings they have here. They have something for everyone. My only recommendation for someone driving there is to park in the parking garage across the street. The garage is diagonally across from them. Me being from Baltimore didn't know this and I kept driving forward and drove into the parking lot at Columbia Mall by the movie theater, book store, and outside restaurants. I drove around a few times and couldn't find a parking spot. I had to call my brother and ask him where to park. Now I'll know next time I'm there.

lazy workers, ordered a peanut butter cup perfection and the peanut butter cups were left whole and i got one big bite of peanut butter. it's like they didn't even mix anything. if i'm gonna be spending over $8 for an ice cream i expect it to be prepared correctly.

I ordered 2 rocky road squares with my order of a few other things and they were hard as rocks. When I bit into them because I tried both, the chocolate broke off and I couldn’t even bite into the marshmallow center! Awful and waste of money!

Today is 05 Jan 2025 and about 4p.m. The costumer service here is subpar. The workers are rude, and i felt as if I was an inconvenience to them. Funny enough, it was empty in the store. Not a good representation of the company.
