It is ridiculous that they charge $1 for a cup of water. The Dunkin in Clarksville and others I have visited do not. Do better.
Zero stars would be more accurate, they need retrained on what good customer service is.
Avoid. Bad attitude.

Everybody who customers interact with at the drive thru and the counter inside was always personable and professional.
