My experience here was very pleasant up until I was getting ready to leave. I was near the soda machine, finishing my drink and throwing my trash away, when an employee threw a wash rag from around my side into the sanitizer wash bucket. Also no one wants to see boxers/underwear (especially employees) while eating. Please pull up your pants!!

Customer service and time to deliver are absolute trash at this location.
Jimmy Johns is our go to place after the gym. The wraps are good. We get the tuna club or Italian. Sometimes with bread sometimes without. Service is always great! Plenty of space to sit and eat with plentiful decor to read on the walls or tables

Customer service at this place is really bad. My friend and I order the same thing everyday right across the street, so to my surprise when wasn’t what I ordered we called the store to get a refund or if they can send the correct order out. The GM immediately caught an attitude when answering the phone and said she personally made my order and was correcting me even though I had just gotten an incorrect sandwich and calling me a liar. She demanded proof that the order was messed up and that I return the sandwich and instead of coming across the street to verify herself after calling me a liar, she sends a driver to hear the tail end of our rant and give him the sandwich and receipt to show her. We apologized to the kid for her mistake and he apologized too for something he didn’t even do and was more professional than the so called GM unfortunately. She came at my character and was very rude so after all that I will no longer be a regular at this place.
