Koto Sake Japanese Steak House and Sushi

First time eating here, Shawn was wonderful!! It was for a birthday and they made an 'onion volcano' and we sung happy birthday :) plus, we got fun food trick shots! I really enjoyed our time here today and would definitely go again

Pretty good hibachi, now that it's a known style and not so unique. Food is solid and service decent. Prices are a bit high, but everything is getting high these days so it's hard to compare. It's my family's favorite hibachi in the area. The atmosphere is very nice and stylish.

Our number 1 pick for Hibachi. We live 40 minutes away and always come to this one for my twins' birthday. This year, it happened to be Mother's Day too. Thank goodness we made a reservation because we were sat 20 minutes past reservation and waited almost another hour before the chef began to cook. We were so hungry, but the food was so good and satisfying. Most of us had the filet. They were able to accommodate a shellfish allergy with ease. The chef was entertaining and included my son in an egg flip. We had a great time. One thing to note is the tip is included and taxed into your bill. I almost tipped on top of that amount for 7 people and they would have ended up with a 45% tip. Luckily hubby caught this as it was already so expensive, but not as expensive as other Hibachi around. Highly recommend.

Koto Sake Japanese Steak House is hands down my favorite hibachi spot anywhere that I have lived, and I have lived in 6 different states. The food was delicious there. The service was friendly, professional, and accommodating. We were a party of 8. Considering the large group, our orders weren't screwed up and we didn't have to wait for a table or for the hibachi chef to start cooking. We all ordered something different. I had the hibachi chicken and steak combo with fried rice, noodles, and mixed veggies. The flavors were so yummy in the tummy. I'm going to tell all my family and friends in the DMV area. Thank you for the best hibachi food ❤️❤️❤️

Great spot for a group!

Food was amazing, definitely enjoyed my meal. The service was excellent. I forgot my leftovers ( you know how leftovers slap next day) and so I called to see if they’d kept my takeout bag. Sure enough they had. I highly recommend this for family dinners

The food is always good here. I have been going here for years and was never disappointed. They have great customer service. They are always so welcoming. 10 out of 10.. best fried rice.

My first experience here was amazing. We went on a rainy evening for a birthday celebration. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Sean, our chef was great! Shari was patient and attentive. Tony came with his drum and sang "Happy Birthday!" The food was plentiful and tasty! Definitely was a nice hibachi birthday experience and we have gone to other chains before but appreciated the personalized experience here. Will be back! Many thanks to Tony and his crew!

We ordered takeout from Koto Sake and it was fantastic. The sushi rolls were so fresh. We ordered American dream , fantastic, ring of fire, tuna roll and seaweed salad. Thank you Miki snd Tony always welcoming their guest with a smile! See you soon!
